And in Jan 2020 we were the same sp as Serco - as we reduce debt and deliver on our strategy the difference in sp should start to disappear as we play catch up is my thoughts

Let’s not focus on TO’s - let’s focus on the fact we are likely to leave the 20p’s behind as we continue to deliver on our strategy

No TO would be acceptable under £1.50 to me because that’s where I expect to be in 18 months

Even that would not be of interest because of dividends

Well You know that I believe the sp here is hugely undervalued, hence my strong interest here.

There are so many reasons it should multi bag imo so I have always felt this is a great opportunity

The latest disposal imo will fast track progress

Media coverage of the sale is also very positive with a growing recognition and acknowledgment that Capita is indeed succeeding

So, I didn’t say it earlier, but respect to AM, he acknowledged that Capita are delivering, he could have kept up the pretence but he didn’t- I’ve always liked him, even though our opinions clashed. He said earlier:Short closed...too dangerous to short this...as they have 157m plus 62 m I think coming...which means they look like they going to achieve what they set out to achieve of being debt free an possibly reinstatement of dividend imho ..gla

Expecting a strong open on Tuesday after all the news is picked up over the weekend

Sp doubled from 25p to 50p in 4 weeks in 2020

We’re in much better shape this time

I’ve said before our sp got crushed by forced selling when we left the FTSE 250

Then we hit the doldrums for a bit

Now however, all the news points to 2023 being a great year and should see good momentum building from now

A return to the FTSE 250 then sees a reverse of our previous forced selling with forced BUYing - hence the rocket fuel

Throw dividends and share BUY backs into the mix and you can see the 94p plus prediction was a very serious statement imo

But as sp rises and we re-enter FTSE 250 all the tracker funds become forced BUYers thus adding rocket fuel to our momentum

Between end of October and early Dec in 2020 - so around 4 week period, this went from just under 25p to 50p

We are now heading towards:

debt free
Increasing revenues and profits
Dividends and share BUY backs
More profitable contracts via AI
Return to FTSE 250

So hopefully this time we smash right past 50p

Our CEO predicted us to be over 94p in the next year or so

Going into 2023 with low debt and growing revenues and profits should open up a very exciting new chapter here imo and with plenty of news flow over the next few months to continue to build momentum imo

Should build the momentum to break through 30p hopefully

Expect a lot of positive coverage from this sale and contract update

Bodes very well for the other disposals

And to go into 2023 with very low debt but with growing revenues and profits

Think of all the free cash and what will they do with it all….

More disposals and more debt reduction expected in H2

Really seeing great progress now

Well increased profits and revenues are geared towards H2 remember

Schroeders were adding recently- now debt is being further paid down and against a back drop of outsourcing growing many more IIs may also take the opportunity to increase holdings here imo

All this great news is only likely to accelerate our return to FTSE 250, which in turn should see dividends and Share BUY backs come into play imo

Capita revealed that its contract with Barnet Council to supply back-office services has been extended.

The extension is worth £42.7mln and with indexation and potential additional work, it could be worth up to £57mln, the company said. The extended contract begins at the start of September 2023, which is when Capita’s current 10-year deal with Barnet Council is scheduled to end.
