In current environment a hugely undervalued company soon to be debt free with inflation clauses is as good as it gets imo

I guess schroders agree…

As they seem to be keep mopping up any sells

Obviously a big plus here is our inflation clauses

Makes this so attractive in this current environment

For me 50p is just the starting line.

The sp was crushed when there was a real concern that Capita would fail in their turnaround mission

That is no longer the case. Now they are talking debt free and dividends over the next 12 to 18 months

That is a whole different investment case and is a big deal when the sp is still at levels of priced to fail

Hence imo 50p just moves us to undervalued instead of crushed expecting failure

Then as we carry on delivering and importantly re-enter the FTSE 250 we can really get flying

That’s why our CEO predicted a sp of over 96p in the next 12 to 18 months

All want to fill their boots imo

It’s a strong message to say look we’re back

We’re winning contracts

We will be or close to debt free next year

We’re generating free cash

We have inflation clauses in our contracts

We are delivering

Next stop FTSE 250

Tracker funds become forced BUYers

Then share BUY backs and dividends

That’s a seriously investable company for me short term and long term

IIs sitting on the sidelines will look at current bargain sp with such a strong message as to future path and fill their boots imo

Exactly, the message is we are going to be debt free and restarting dividends

That’s a strong message imo

And a great place to be for growth and future income

When we are discussing:

will we be nearly or completely debt free in 2023 ?

Will dividends start in 23 or 24 ?

Could there be a share BUY back in advance of dividends

You know you are talking about a company making real and significant progress

With a sp that no one can justify being under 30p imo

Interesting about the discussion on dividends has moved on to when & it feels the date the company mention is way too safe

Shows just how quickly we are transitioning away from a company hoping to turnaround it’s fortunes to one that is achieving if not over achieving and picking up speed

A few outsourcing companies set dividend targets that were not going to stretch them & then, would you believe it, overachieved on the targets by restarting dividends much earlier than planned

Hi Tanz - I have held here for years and posted here before- although not very often as I’m just waiting for things to take their natural course

I was looking at vod US today to judge my potential investment and it finished positive and then up further 1.2% after hours

Yes getting £13 or £14 billion is big money

But UAE bought into this at £1.30 to make money and I’m guessing it wasn’t just a spur of the moment investment but one that took a lot of due diligence

It’s all very interesting, but what has an oil pipeline got to do with AEX ?

Is not a world shortage of gas the question?

Anyway looking forward to the drill

So, I’m looking at vod. UAE bought 9% of the company a few months back at I believe £1.30 a share and cevian bought from around £1.10 to around £1.30 ?

There’s also a bidding war over towers business going on that jumped the sp when leaked

So, I guess my question is, is this looking like an opportunity that bigger players had knowledge or influence on how all this would / could play out ?

On my watch list for now - as follow the money is an interesting thought
