I think our case would be stronger if we could say how many share holders wanted more shares and how many. GF may not be know how much interest there is ATM. I don't think there will be any begging involved. Just some telling

( for those who get side tracked easily) can we get get together and inform GF that we want to be part of the next placing and or rights issue when it comes up ? If yes, can we make a list of who and how many they want? Would someone be prepared to do that?

Can we also get as many people as possible to vote at the AGM to remove the emergency powers ?

(These emergency powers expire at the end of the next AGM, that is imminent. I want to see full restoration of shareholders rights of pre-emption, but support the authority to issue a limited quantity of shares for a limited time. ) I would want to vote to make sure this comes to an end or that it can not be continued.

Could we get a group of us together and inform GF that we would like to take part the the next rights issue and warrant offer, I would be up for another £20 K worth of stock and warrants minimum maybe more if some other investments come off in the mean time?

Would anyone else be interested in more shares if a placing was done and warrants offered, if so would people be willing to vote for that?

I think we need to wait and see the financial statement from the company to figure out if we are going to get another placement. If it looks like we are going to get one I would like to buy in if possible with some options.

Nice finish, been a good week for Alba. I'm hopeful for some news on TBS, if we can start to get things moving there that would be good.

As we know graphite is used in EV batteries also nickel, the reason I mention this is because there is a nickel prospecting company in Greenland called North American Nickel I'm just wondering if it might be an idea to talk to them and see about a tie up. they are into nickel cobalt and copper three other metals involved in EV battery production. If we could get a lithium producer involved as well that would make it a very attractive proposition of EV battery producer if they could source all their metal requirements in one go. Just a thought.

So a good day so far and for the rest of the week I hope. Now we need to know if and when they are going for a mining licence and then an export licence, If they get those then the price will really go up.

What is L2 doing this morning RB?

I'm hopeful for a rise in the share price I would like to see plus 30 by the end of the week, and news that we are going to progress on the graphite mine would help to shift the share price up. I'm hopeful on some news on that, if Greenland opens up.
