The sP will only truly be meaningfully better with FCF being demonstrated. For that we may have to wait but at least a new higher baseline level has been established. Atb

My comments were about the wording of the RevB news releases.

I meant to add, as this message is relevant to thg, the pointed comment aimed at thg was unnecessary and again slightly immature for a public company. Some behaviour is best left at school playgrounds.

RevB is suspended from trading and this management team were in charge.

Lashing out at others isn't a great template to use. I can see BOO being opportunistic but none of us really know what is going on behind the scenes but public spats are not the way for a CEO of a listed company to behave. Imo.

I am not buying this catastrophising. Fair play to those waiting to buy at lower levels. Buy when you are comfortable. I am at these levels happy to gradually accumulate. This downturn is being magnified by the usual drama the press like to create. I am not minimising inflation as a problem, just the hype about a 'collapse'. ATB and this is IMO.

What i meant to also add is people will prioritise mortgage payments vs other expenses. Not good for the consumer industry and travel i suspect, but as for PSN - its a case of wait and once this storm has passed, prosper.

Quickdip, I agree with you that dividends for the next 12 months will be limited if any. I am taking a much longer view here. These prices are cheap. HB will return strong once cycle turns imo. We have a national shortage of houses. PSN have a strong balance sheet and while short term profits will be hit by inflation, they have learnt from the 2008 downturn and will adjust build rate accordingly thereby managing outflow. The bounce will be rapid when it happens. I am perfectly happy to wait it out and accumulate. Added more at 1118 this morning and very happy with my average of 1207 currently. This goes lower, i will just keep adding. I am not giving advice btw, just feel very comfortable with my investment and am happy to take advantage when i see it. ATB

Some people really do spout a lot of tosh. The UK has a housing shortage. Period. Interest rates will cause people to move less, maybe, but people still need to live somewhere. If cut backs are needed, consumables and holidays especially day trips are more likely to be sacrificed. Inflation and high interests have already been factored into the SP. Imo. Ignore the fud. I've bought more at 1150 today. Atb.

This is hugely significant and sooner than we thought. Maybe the trip to the Middle East was just a coincidence! I personally think otherwise. IMO something significant is imminent. Crazy times on the THG rollercoaster are here again!

Most of us would have taken 120 if we were looking for short term profit. I'm holding for 2.50 and happy to wait for it. Atb. Nice to see a steady rise anyway.

This is possible. Especially if he wishes to swoop in at an even lower price. But that would make the hedge funds very cross as they will need to buy back higher. Really can't see MA wanting to deliberately cross the hedge funds!

Got himself an absolute bargain 10%. There's a reason he is rich!

If its good enough for him, I'm happy to follow the money!
