Just had an email through with a link to the ‘epidemiology, virology and clinical features.’ have a look down the page under epidemiology title!

‘As of 8 June 2020 (10:00am CET), over 6.9 million cases have been diagnosed globally, with more than 401,000 fatalities. In the 14 days to 8 June, more than 1.5 million cases were reported (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, situation update worldwide).’

In last 14 days nearly 22% of the reported global cases were reported! The last 14 days! And this has been around since Feb!?

Does this imply a lot more tests being carried out! And or cases rising!

That’s why it’s my view straight after the RNS drops and market open the director/directors will buy so another RNS will follow the same day!

Am predicting an RNS first thing Wednesday, followed by a Director buy RNS in the afternoon!

Fali41 I think we would all agree a takeover bid based on the fundamentals would be low and would get rejected by Novacyt! If it were to happen I do think there would be a bidding war and it would be higher, just my opinion.

Think they will both have equal amounts of information and will have been in the same meetings with the team at Novacyt. It will depend who sees more relevance with their own ‘stable of products’ not sure who I would look to at the moment, but let’s not forget there would also be Thermofisher who I think could be a better fit and also have deep pockets!

The-hat could they not just wait to sign a contract for 2 days? Can they also not delay, yes.
Will give an example, at work we will not order anything within the last few days of the month as most of our suppliers have a 30 days end of month policy. Therefore if we ordered on the 28th of the month we would need to pay that the next month giving us 32-33 days to pay, if we order the products on the 1st so wait 2-3 days then we pay 5e next month, giving us 60-62 days.
So yes I am positive this is what is happening! If there was a government briefing that talked about Novacyt then that would be different.....but we can also play games.
Wednesday perhaps Thursday RNS is what I believe but thinking more Wednesday.

As we know our CEO is quite a shrewd person, the reason we have not seen and RNS yet is he is waiting to get the Vatel shares done and onto the market! Once this is done we will then see an RNS, why put one on at the moment it will have no effect and would give a false rise to new investors only for the Vatel shares to absorb that.
So once these shares are done we WILL see an RNS on Wednesday! After which this share will rise dramatically!

Obelix let’s not forget we are already involved with Astra and Glaxo in a big way so yes entirely plausible!

Let’s not blame too much track and trace on the government. It’s the pig headed and stubborn UK public NOT feeling they should get tested when they are ill! If they don’t get tested no one can track and trace them!
That’s the message the government should be saying ‘If YOU don’t get TESTED we can NOT track and trace cases and together get through this!’

ADE1234 my comment was based on your earlier statement ‘NCYT need to evolve’ and my point is they already are! May I suggest you also check out the careers page and read between the lines, this is a company growing and developing! They are cash rich! And utilising those fund to grow and develop, for Novacyt Covid is meanly a stepping stone on to bigger and most definitely better things!

You could even check out their product list on their website, it’s quite easy to find you will be fine

If ADE1234 is back on the board it’s a true sign to buy! Always made money off you ADE1234, doing the opposite to what you say!
