Did say I suspected something going on in the background with steady new buys......perhaps this is the first RNS of many over the coming weeks!

For the last 4 weeks when I said there was a pattern to the buys as though someone knew something and there appeared to be something going on in the background and people were saying don’t be ridiculous. It would appear I was correct with my assumptions....'

So don't call me a liar and as I said...do better research!
just to clarify just in these posts alone the price went from Price: 0.195 to 1.00
so yes I know my stuff!

Bobby....then if you don't hold a SHORT and you don't hold shares why the constant messages....
In that case you are a paid for de-ramper who is trying to keep the share down for one of the companies I am looking at! Thanks for the clarification! Lets hope the company you are working for get the deal they are looking for!

Bobby....this ‘comic’ predicted the 700% rise.....you ever been able to do that?

Bobby if I can find the rumours I am sure you can, it’s not that hard, try popping on Twitter some nice information there if you look.
Or is it that you are a paid de-ramper for one of the interested parties, that strangely opened up his account here on the day the RNS was announced......

And bobby.....most of what I sold at 0.90 and 1.2 I brought at 0.06 so yes I think I did ok, but thanks for worrying

Bobby indeed, I had 2 million shares when they were at 0.9 I sold 1 million, I then sold another 500,000 when it got to 1.2, held the last 500,000 and have been increasing at the lower levels, I now hold a nice size again.
So please do not try to teach me how to make money!

And for clarity again that’s a number of people collecting just less than 3% each!

And just to clarify, no ONE person has taken a stake of 3% or more, BUT a syndicate look like they are all collecting just less than the 3% until they are ready to make a play! As I said, it will be an interesting 2 weeks.
As I said yesterday Bobby....do your research on those companies ;)

Bobby let’s look at what you have got right so far and what I have got right shall we...
A number of weeks ago I predicted a huge rise due to ‘something going on in the background’ 10 days later the share price went up 700% in one day! 700% in one day! Did you predict that? Nope that is when you opened your SHORT and then started de-ramping as much as you could!
Anyone who has seen me on here for the last 9 months will realise I have been right an awful lot of times!

Midas what we are saying is it is not likely to be just one key buyer, but a group of buyers all with the same goal. An example of this my previous board had 8 sitting on it, if all 8 had of brought in together to look to take over and run the ‘new’ entity this path to market would have been relatively cheap! As ‘individuals’ unless they went over 3% on their own they wouldn’t need to notify. Wouldn’t be hard to shave just below this 3% to keep under the radar.

Snazzy-bouquet very good point, as a director or investor of the new company that would only be a small investment of £90,000 to gain 3% so if a number put in £85k it would be a cheap route to market for one of the companies that had a great story to tell!
Interesting times over the next couple of weeks!

19.65 million shares to hit 3% so we could we have seen this in the last 24 hours if someone is collecting shares!

Midas think they have 3 days to report so we may well see a TR1 later in the week.

Just to clarify why this was a buy, if it had of been a sell the dealer would have sold it when it was at 0.50 yesterday and not 0.45 today. The MM’s dropped the price to be able to fill this order and most likely an large off the book order from yesterday that they were filling. So my view is someone is collecting shares in the back ground as they were a few weeks back!
Still a hold and top up for me!

7.45 million buy order went through at 8.13 but went through as a sale. Someone is collecting shares in my opinion.

Would guess it hasn’t been filled yet, still sitting there.

As I said don’t get too burnt! ;)
