SmokieUK there was a new RNS out this morning, old CEO went, had been suggesting this would happen on that board for the last 4 weeks as patterns of buying showing with no substance for this, was clear something was going on in the background. Now people are wondering if the shell will be used for an RTO....

Did ok over at Motif, this morning I held 1.2million shares, sold 1million at 0.9 of a pence, bit too early but happy with that :)

No DeSteen no we won’t! When the share was at 0.10 of a pence I said something was going on, the RNS proved that! So I’ll say again with a smug face I was right....
No idea what the next stage is but I was right about a pattern showing something was going on!

For the last 4 weeks when I said there was a pattern to the buys as though someone knew something and there appeared to be something going on in the background and people were saying don’t be ridiculous. It would appear I was correct with my assumptions....

And as I have said before a very cheap vehicle into the AIM stock market if time is of the essence and the new company deals with time sensitive products. Come on think outside the box a little!

You don’t do a restructure and appoint new board member positions on a sinking ship, no one wants to take over a sinking ship a couple of months away from it going down. UNLESS there is more happening in the background! Which I have suspected for a while!

Did say I suspected something going on in the background with steady new buys......perhaps this is the first RNS of many over the coming weeks!

Chrishar perhaps in that case see it as both, set the place you want to sell to gain you some profits, at this stage sell some to protect yourself, then leave the rest in for a long term investment. Since buying in March I have not sold any, but have added.

Chrishar think you are missing my point. People are not thinking outside with box with this company Novacyst. Apple did not start off as a telephone manufacturer, it is what they developed into amongst other products. We are in the first stages of Novacyst journey, they will develop and change from here to not just testing or Covid products. Most Aim companies are cash strapped and investment hungry. Novacyst are cash rich! If I was Novacyst I wouldn’t be worrying about Glaxo buying me out, I would be looking at buying the smaller emerging companies in this sector and growing my companies offering by acquisitions as well as organic development.

Chrishar do you mean a company like Apple? At one stage expected to be a one trick pony, until they built the computer within the screen which changed the company forever!
Can we stop thinking that Novacyt will only have the 1 test! A company that is rich in money like Apple were can invest in R&D and continue to develop!
VIAGRA is another one.....one product that had lead to many others in their portfolio now!
Just look at the job vacancies that have been advertised at the company, they are growing and developing at an exponential rate!

In2win_2017 that is entirely my point, when you originally invested you had limited or no information, but you were happy to invest blind. Now you have proven information, conclusive sales and data and yet you are questioning more now?
These boards are to share information, facts and media. You have all you need to make a concise investment, or not if you decided not to. But please do not base your investments on what we suggest.
We have had one of them before nohopebob! Who even though on each of his investments here he made money he still was not happy, go figure!

In2win_2017 can I just ask you said you were invested in here before, what made you invest before and what research did you do back then to influence your decision? Your asking others for their opinions but surely you had your own opinions to invest in the first place?
Things that have changed in my opinion from when you originally invested which would have been a similar point as myself (my average is 176)
1) Back then we had anticipated and projected sales, a few but not substantial
2) Fear off missing out meant a lot of people invested
3) A lot of what ifs and maybe’s were being talked about
4) Marcap cap based on assumptions

Now
1) Gold standard / World leading test
2) endorsed by multiple governments around the world
3) Sales far in excess of the numbers that were expected
4) A market cap that does not reflect the true growth of this business
5) Multiple tie ups with far larger world leading Pharmaceutical companies.

Does that assist?
