It is indeed a joke value of 76 million when ALRT have no revenues no business, no product, no assets, no IP of their own and have only a tenuous and undisclosed to market strategic partnership agreement that they have failed to tell market and investors what that actually is in terms of structure re revenues - it is Whitespace not ALRT who own and have built these start up 2 projects. In the world of defence nobody jumps in to buy something box fresh just made un trialled! Investors here have clearly left their brains at the entrance jumping in with both feet without asking key important questions and knowing the detail. The pump merchants did a great job but this unproven tech and undisclosed agreement structure between ALRT and Whitespace needs to be known. I think you’ll find as W/Space are the ones doing all the work here ALRT’s job is to provide cash. ALRT is effectively a shell company with access to market so they will need soon to get out the begging bowl to actual make sense of why they are listed. A valuation of 76 million versus hope factor will not prop the SP up forever. There are no contracts coming here overnight that is not how the defence world works buying new untested AI product from a new company even with the connections! Some need to take off the rose tinted specs it’s been a good run but a heavy dose of realism needs to be administered to the ALRT groupies here! IMHO DYOR

Some of you shareholders might need therapy as you are happy to have the company bash you over again and again. They have done this on any news every single time as sure as the sun rises and the sun sets each day the BOD who have never even invested a penny here for last 3 years and the CEO nothing nowt. She wants all the retail punters to do the heavy lifting to cough up your hard earned but such is her confidence in the company she will not invest even a quid! ORCP BOD will make hay once again with a massive discount raise and you will all have to suck it up. The SP tanks and you spend the next 6 months trying to prop it up again. The only ones making money here are those who get to take part in any placings or the warrant holders who get discounted repriced warrants which she inexplicably did for Peel!

ORCP are still dangling carrots and in 12 months they have added no value here at all. Never delivered anything that is the reality in years. The stock gets pumped on a story but never gets pulled off! Lifestyle BOD who keep bashing loyal shareholders over the head again and again. Why the delays? Not looking good is it. What if it’s a duster i.e. not commercially viable? The success has been priced in from teens to current SP at 1.35 but disappointing assay results or failure is not. This will tank all the way back to teens again! IMHO DYOR

What revenue do ALRT have other than piggybacking onto W/Space IP and AI tech? NONE

When are they going to raise the 60 million they said they would beed to raise on market?

What cash do ALRT have left after the first market raise back in May?

WHY are the warrant holders selling their stock at 0.325 each when apparently according to rampers this will go higher?

Why have ALRT said that no ‘potential’ revenue from Project I will be raised until December is this as I have been saying as it’s a free trial?

Why have rampers told you there’s contracts when there’s not and no detail exists of any monetary value?

How is ALRT paying the wages of their named hires?

Today the company is having a zoom meeting between themselves effectively an internal investor presentation which I think it’s hilarious you are using this to buy when they cannot reveal anything new under market rules. This is also in tandem with AGM where they will he focused on headroom for the promised 60 million raise. If you didn’t buy at 0.30-50s a few weeks ago why would you buy so many times higher when the ‘rerate’ on the pump has already happened! To get even one bag from here you’d need it to go to 4.50 and that’s not going to happen. Rampers are exiting as high as they can and onto the next one! Ramp it up pump it up as much as you like but all you are doing is building bigger profits for the 53 million shares warrant holders have! This is the reality just 0.325 each over 53 million and why do you think the warrant holders are selling and sold? Think about it. Those same people will be eyeing up the next fund raise. Right now ALRT have very little apart from some expensive hires who will want paying. They came to market via an RTO shell and came with little cash albeit big ideas but they actually have nothing other than the ability to sell the story and raise cash by placings! The company itself has told you that they will beed to raise 60 miso it will come as no surprise here. On top of this there is no mention whatsoever about any monetary value arising from the MOD therefore it is safe to say after 3 RNS where they push this that no monetary value or even hint at monetisation has been stated. Therefore you can derive from this that any agreement is under a trial basis and the basis of this in the defence world is an absolute bare minimum of 6 months more likely 12 months as standard. Many have got very carried away here which has been great for those that bought in the w0s a few weeks back and the warrant holders but many here are spiked on a pole now for a very long time! ALRT need to reveal the true nature and structure of the partnership with WSpace it needs to be transparent to the market and fact that no mention has been made says its not that great. ALRT have no business no money May’s 1st raise all gone now it has no revenue streams and the basis of the partnership has to be that ALRT as a listed company provides the cash for the development here. If they don’t have WSpace they have literally nothing. The BOD told you their plan is to raise 60 million so I agree with Stockmaiden that this effectively internal Zoom meeting and the AGM is the precursor and I would say that an RNS RE the 60 million placing would likely come on or around Monday. The AGM will be to set out an expansion of headroom to get such a placing away which will be at a heavy discount for ii and it will be sold to investors via the ‘meeting’ to push their plans. We still have no clue as to what the actual deal is with the ‘strategic partnership’ with Wspace and who gets what? Why hasn’t the company mentioned this? When rampers throw out figures as ALRT own nothing and have nothing of their own anything finally derived from any deals is split so what’s the structure? What if the assay results are not quite what has been promoted by the pump crew? What if it is not commercially viable to retrieve? When this rose from teens to 30s and from there to here there’s a lot of people sitting on a lot of profit now which means not all will gamble on this binary play! The pump crew are not geologists they might have sold you a false narrative of surety in fact nobody knows this has all been ramp upon ramp! Take your profits before market does because even any good results are priced from teens all the way up to here! IMHO DYOR
