I am looking forward to the Shareholders call. What I take from this latest RNS is we are well on our way to being able to trade again but we do need to vote yes to the resolutions to support this. The biggest take and the most exciting one is after the appointment of Grand Chief to Chairman we have big hints from BOD re indicating indigenous peoples land re wealth creation via trust and respect to be able to do deals where many have no route in. Those lands are oil and gas rich along with some REMs too potentially gold even. So here we are nearly as close as we can touch it plus now too unbelievably Texas oil well resurrection getting on track to produce for us oil (set to remain high for rest of 2026 )not GV. I’d say with Limnytska licence field also in the running but a better entry to do it using less dilution whilst we focus on GCE’s sway for often inaccessible areas NEW PPP is set for finally a fantastic 2026. The only ones who aren’t happy and popping up on here are the usual suspects we KNOW played it short. The immediate response is more than telling that they are worried, very worried indeed. All we need to do is VOTE YES and support the NEW BOD into securing our future. I can’t stress this enough. This board will now be full of trolls who are trying to take one last shot at us to stop us. Fire back with a strong resounding YES TO ALL RESOLUTIONS to support the NEW BOD and stick a big fat finger up to the previous BOD and the shorts of which it seems there are many. Its a YES VOTE from me too obviously. Those banging on still about JW shares and court cases is nonsense. There is no case now. Shares returned and I expect the register will be updated soon if not already but remember there were other shareholders too which will need updating. You can’t just rely on Caseboard and cite its still active. There’s now no case to answer it’s been sorted. I agree think we will resume trading just after AGM on 6th May. That gives NEW PPP BOD plenty of time to finish dotting i’s and crossing t’s plus more updates on Texas, Ukraine and other ventures. I think it’s actually good we are not yet trading again as there’s now time to really up the anti on all the projects forthcoming plus oil production from Texas. Let the excitement build here in the current climate all things oil and gas. It’s now a whole new company and prospects for shareholders going forward.

Stop spending your life whining on here & upsetting genuine shareholders as we have all been through a lot these past near 2 years and we are going to take this wonderful turnaround by our brand new exceptional BOD and we are going to get behind it for NEW PPP to be a massive success, in fact better than we ever could have imagined! This is the majority litmus here. Let us have a few moments to celebrate the big win and maybe take a day off. Prior to the original Globalvision agreement the SP went to 15 we then got that agreement signed but as we all know the day we got that news PPP was suspended for accounts & rest is history. However on this signing we were all expecting the SP to go to 25-35p NOW we have a 51% return plus a fantastic new BOD, company been cleaned like a whistle with every corporate corner disinfected and in the best condition it’s ever been in. On top of this are debt free, we have a billionaire enthusiastic backer in RMD Group & on the horizon a huge oil and gas field on Polish Ukraine border plus possible other opportunities in both USA & Alberta Canada. We might just be thanking our lucky stars that we’ve been trapped with nearly 2 yrs of stress & frustration because we should see a much bigger & better return for our original investment. Now we need a new name as PPP carries far too much baggage. Any ideas for a name for this NEW company with an excellent and quite exceptional BOD and future!

Ok this is incredible news what a result the NEW PPP just played an ace card. This is now on better terms than the original Globalvision agreement that made the share price rocket up! And CEO Mavriky has kicked out the USA BOD now he is CEO of the US arm! The underhanded tactics and the banking £££ now safely in our CEO’s control. This is excellent work and a further massive boost to the company now we are debt free! Lunn has been decent about this. He could have called in the loan at any point but he has made an agreement and taken on risk. He wants the company to succeed and boy will they succeed with this kick ass NEW PPP BOD!

We don’t need them we have a billionaire backer whose genuine enthusiasm for the company is to be seriously applauded. The experience of the NEW PPP board is immense and we are blessed that they have worked tirelessly to ensure that PPP had a future. And boy now what a future we have! We need a new name to reflect the NEW COMPANY going forward and leave the past disgraceful drama from old BOD Evans/Lenigas behind. But at some point I expect the BOD to deal with them in earnest. The stress and worry and uncertainty has taken a toll on many here and that should not be underestimated or overlooked. But new green pastures here and I believe as shareholders we are now part of something bigger and better than we had ever hoped or imagined. We should be set now to make some serious returns to our locked in investments in 2026. I pushed the YES vote and thanks to all shareholders who voted yes against the noise, the shorting trolling players and allowed us to now have a worthy shareholding here with a fantastic new strong strategy, opportunity & a complete clean sweep of the damaging historic failures of the past BOD. Bring on the journey!

Fantastic we are back in the game with production in a few weeks & Ukraine large oil & gas field getting everything in place plus prospectus in pipeline. Well I for one am excited for PPP to have suspension lifted soon. We will end up with Texas and Ukraine plus several other US/Canada and even more Ukraine oil/gas plays here. The new BOD are the absolute business! So a big thanks to them all for the superb work they have carried out here to turn this around & to RMD Groups support. We go forward now bigger, better, stronger than in the history of the company. The cancer has been cut out and we are now free of it to live a very long & prosperous existence! I am excited for the call and for the return of NEW Pennpetro to the market! As the global energy crisis builds up across Europe & beyond, oil & gas fields are becoming the hottest commodities to be invested in. The Ukraine field on Polish border is enormous. Our condolences to the rumoured big short that was left high & dry here on suspension. They would have had no idea how things would have turned out here!

very good point made. yes we are and very enthusiastically too. grateful that the new ppp bod have finally been able to work through all the past **** and get to this point to release the accounts. the previous bod have caused us all immense uncertainty and stress. now feels like we are starting with a new dawn and that the original ppp is being replaced with a completely different beast of a company. one that is well run and has the backing to be well funded to meet those big opportunities in oil and gas which at this current geopolitical juncture, could not come at a better time in the stockmarket! looking forward to thursday and hearing what opportunities and strategies the new excellent and exceptionally talented new bod have for us all.

Just as Oil and Natural Gas hits the highs and Qatari NG field who supplies European countries has been hit & stymied full production for years. Our target sits comfortably on the Polish/Ukranian borders and does not need to be shipped by the Straits but easily overland. I am excited to hear from Board next week on the progress on these huge fields and our exclusive deal for them. NEW PPP timing now for this looks to be spot on for some significant gains.

The benchmark Title Transfer Facility (TTF) contract for gas in Europe was €29 (£25) per megawatt hour (MWh) in mid-February. Bank of America says it could reach €500 (£431) this winter if the Strait of Hormuz remains closed for 10 weeks, as it may well do.

That would blow through the record high that occurred after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and amount to a full-blown economic emergency for Europe, the UK, Japan, South Korea and South Asia.

The picture is dramatically worse after Israel attacked Iran’s South Pars gas field, adding upstream gas and oil infrastructure to the menu of targets on both sides of the Gulf.

Iran’s missile retaliation on Qatar’s Ras Laffan has inflicted serious damage to the giant complex, which alone produces a fifth of the world’s liquefied natural gas (LNG).

It will be months before shipments start again. Qatar Energy says 17 per cent of production is lost for three to five years. It will have to declare force majeure on LNG supplies to Italy, Korea, China and Belgium.

It is just as bad for oil. The paper market that we all follow does not capture the drama. Physical deliveries are under far greater stress than Brent futures, at about $113, would suggest.

Actual barrels of the Dubai basket and Oman’s Murban are fetching close to $170 a barrel as Asian refiners scramble to buy anything they can. Jet fuel deliveries have hit $210 in Rotterdam and $240 in Singapore.

As one oil veteran tells me: the Russia shock in 2022 was a picnic compared to what is now happening. The world will hit a brick wall within two months.’

Great news and looking forward to the NEW PPP meeting on 19/3 to update shareholders on the new target prospects plus Texas report. Happy for the excitement and build up to happen before we get back to trading soon. The NEW PPP and the exceptional new board of directors who have worked tirelessly to clean up the mess from the old BOD is going to not only turn this around but turn PPP into a highly successful business with profitable returns for shareholders. Greg another post from you commenting on a suspended stock you do not own. MrMags posting yet more attacks referring to 19 months ago on a stock he doesn’t own. I feel like boiling water has been poured on this board now as we get closer and out the shorting rats all scurry desperately trying to save their skins. We have come this far, I am happy for the new BOD to get everything together all in order and to then begin to prepare and promote the process of creating NEW PPP with bigger and better assets led by this seriously exceptional team. It all comes to those who wait. IMHO

The only mugs are those like Gregorio who think we actual shareholders are mugs to believe that he doesn’t have an interest in PPP. He’s right he doesn’t own any shares. He borrowed his position! Pay back time in this twist of a Stockmarket tale has a sting in it for those that bet the opposite way. NEW PPP may well be one big new beast that will trample all over the small fry shorts like Greg and the likes of the MM/ii who was rumoured went knocking at the door post suspension to subscribe but were refused entry. This is presumably as at the time the old BOD couldn’t release the actual amount re headroom that was needed to cover it. I believe the rumours that this short exists. People may argue that its not declared. In reply - Reference Anavio in COPL who were forced eventually months later to declare numerous TR1s in one day and at one point had shorted the company nearly 50% without declaring it. It happens. Regardless I think once we begin to understand what projects new Board have in mind this will start getting very exciting.

What I find highly suspicious is people like eg Tuan6 posting prolific commentary post suspension throughout 19 months on PPP but not a single post to tie him to ever being a holder of PPP at any point in time. Yet here he is more vocal than many shareholders consistently posting silly bad English diatribes. I smell a rat. One of many on here. As we build up to finally trading again as the NEW PPP entity, watch the negative tribe posts from them increase.

Are you serious MrMag I think the reason we all bought in was a legitimate investment in a stock that was due to complete a transaction agreement with Globalvision which according to the RNS’s was due to transform the company. This turned out not to be quite the whole truth. You can blame the ex board Evans & Lenigas who issued the RNS’s for that and the stress we have all been put through. The NEW PPP is set to be an entirely different and seemingly bigger beast with the exceptional experience and tenacity of the brand new BOD.

The accounts date was moved to 27th to be completed by the auditors with i’s dotted & t’s crossed and then given to the Board of Directors to review. They will then review presumably over the weekend as they are a hardworking new team. They then will file them, then an RNS released to publish the accounts no doubt on Monday or Tuesday.

We then will have a chance to also hear about the Texas review and finally hear about the new exciting opportunities that the new Board of Directors are lining up for the NEW PPP Pennpetro Energy. I think it will be very prudent to have all this information available for the market and let anticipation and excitement build before we get finally back to trading. I have every confidence in our new and experienced, highly talented Board to deliver a truly exceptional company and opportunities for shareholders with the cornerstone support from RMD Group. Keep calm and let’s carry on.

I note the fact that the negative players have been upping their games here with even new accounts made for the purpose. A reminder of the very real possibility that the rumour all those months ago back in 2024 that an ii/MM was short pre suspension here makes a lot of sense if you trawl through 19 long months of comments with targeted vocal derampers on a stock in suspension. IMHO

FACT.

NEW PPP can do the same now all the underhand shenanigans are behind us and new even more lucrative ventures being agreed. A portfolio of a massive oil and gas licence, then oil/gas in USA/Canada and then possibly gold/silver in other jurisdictions along with IF Texas oil/gas/lithium gets back up and running at some point. That £1 isn’t fantasy land especially since RMD have other ventures on top of these listed inc the exclusive bio fuel coal.
