Why is it everyday we cannot see last hours trades for Novacyt? Also we closed at 1.40

This has happened several days now where all of last hours trades don’t show.

‘Novacyt SA (LON:NCYT) was one of the rare risers in a bloodbath week for the UK stock market, thanks to the success of its coronavirus diagnostic test which it handily launched a few weeks ago. The stock has been rising steadily for the past month or so, but shot up 33% to 140.14p in the last week. It looks like the phones at Novacyt have been ringing off the hook with a major distribution agreement signed in Asia and an original equipment manufacturer deal in the US. The group told investors on Friday that initial sales from the Asian distribution deal, which are subject to local emergency use approval, are anticipated to be £2.1mln during the first six months, with the first money flowing in March. Meanwhile, the diagnostics kit - managed by Novacyt’s Primedesign unit - has been fast-tracked for approval by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in the country’s clinics. As of 27 February, the biotech firm said it had made £930,000 by distributing tests for research use only. Novacyt has boosted production capacity and continues to adjust to the increasing demand.‘

the MM’s have behaved very oddly today - we are being kept in a tight band - once France makes a move for it we will be released upwards. Order filling no doubt - expect to see some hefty delayed large trades here after close.

‘To broaden capacity and access to coronavirus diagnostics in the U.S., the FDA issued a new policy over the weekend allowing “high-complexity” laboratories—such as certain academic medical centers and other institutions—to develop and operate their own tests.

The policy authorizes CLIA-certified laboratories to immediately field molecular diagnostic tests validated for the disease, known as COVID-19, before any agency review or approval of requests for official Emergency Use Authorization.

“We believe this policy strikes the right balance during this public health emergency,” FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn said in an agency statement. “We will continue to help to ensure sound science prior to clinical testing and follow-up with the critical independent review from the FDA, while quickly expanding testing capabilities in the U.S.”

We may get an RNS setting out what they’ve already done with USA authorities for eg prior to FDA Emergency Authorization use - will be great but in the meantime we may have been selling lots of testing kits! We’re on the coveted FINDS list as posted earlier after all...

We have the CE mark, we’ve already worked with WHO US CDC and CDC China etc - we’re a known, respected trusted company. We’re not an unknown quantity. There seems no reason I could think of why FDA US would not rubber stamp us. This is not a punt in the wind I believe it’s a reliable, common sense assumption. When we’ll get it is what we would like to know not if . The MM’s know this too and will take every opportunity to collect what they can from the very small free float pot available with just over 67 million shares overall. This makes their job difficult so don’t help them by selling cheap!
Patience is the key here. It will come. As each day goes by the time window is closing making any time now to drop news a common sense assumption too. See what the afternoon brings - I think we’re ready, taking all of the above on board and the SP will start re-rating and rising nicely news or not!

MM’s are going to play this to collect and get ready for the news - last RNS re CE approval was at 12.30 so could be...but literally can drop at anytime as they’re not going to sit on this news they’ll get it out ASAP!

Now building back up - with only 67 million shares and not many in free float - now profit takers out ready for the next leg up. MM’s know the value here and we will be seeing a lot of PR and publicity from this RNS news alone! If you want to make real money I suggest in this failing FTSE climate you hold! I think we’ll have the ii’s sniffing around today looking to try and make back some of their losses. If Coronavirus is responsible for the decimation of FTSE stocks, then investing in the solution is the smart thing to do right now. I am going to stake that even without an RNS we will be £2 by 12!
