I think the fact company hasn’t issued an RNS disputing that CHINA FDA-EUA was a mistake - that speaks volumes to me.

Beensussed - you misconstrued what I said. It doesn’t change anything as we’ve already seen the entry - I have a screenshot. It has been removed for the reasons I state in my last post. I think it was the company themselves updating FIND too soon not a mistake in that they haven’t got it.I would also add there’s no reason they wouldn’t get CHINA FDA-EUA is there?
Patience we will find out tomorrow - they will have to put out an RNS 7am either way - my money is on the entry being correct but a tiny bit too soon as corporate procedure needs to be followed.

Ok I may be mistaken, it’s a theory but the entries of the tests text (I’ve screenshot where it said CHINA FDA-EUA) sits below the text above. They are directly submitted so I’m assuming it might have been the company updating FIND and then realising after it’s been spotted that it’s pre-RNS. Either way makes no difference as no-one can benefit from this info right now over weekend but as they will need to follow corporate procedure it’s been removed until they formally announce to market via RNS??

I would think it’s because it was updated at the weekend and they may have not informed the company yet. It doesn’t change anything at all. The whole point of FINDS via WHO is to collate information for the global health authorities responsible for public health across the world when there is an epidemic/pandemic so everyone is kept up to date about what resources are available and what via research has been achieved. However it really isn’t price sensitive as no-one could’ve traded post-close on a Sunday or pre-open on a Monday so a 7am RNS would’ve addressed that.

I’m sure we will have an RNS pre-open 7am now with this news.

It’s not going to be a buzz kill - we’ve all seen it with our eyes. Yes officially they will need to RNS the update however that’s not for clarification of truth is it as it exists on the FIND website pre-RNS that’s corporate procedure.

The irony is that it was gggg21 when presumably he was bought in who actually directed me to Finds link back in February. Think that’s called Karma.

AK2009 - it’s not social media speculation as it’s in the public domain - it’s on a public, global reach website hence why you can see we’ve got CHINA FDA approval as it says so on the updated page on finddx.org against the list of commercialised COVID 19 tests.

Midas you’re incorrect to assume 50 ‘companies ‘ making this test translates as 50 selling. The Finds list is for research matters - we are a commercialised test already in production. This list includes labs and non commercial ops too. It’s like a central place for diagnostic knowledge. That is why the US CDC test also appears on this list.
We are selling and producing with logistics and global distribution sorted.

‘Loads of tests on the market’ - should be easy then for you to name say 5 then that are commercialised rapid, real time, COVID-19 strain specific, multi-platform use, accurate, fast, cheap, portable with no cold chain shipping required, CE approved, mutation strain valid tests in production with logistical supply chains ready & global distributors that are on the market and available to buy in volume right now ?

this morning DCMO said when questioned about vaccines and tests I can’t remember exact words but in her reply said to the effect they’re looking to review new tests coming on to the market.
