I think we will see many making a position here today (especially after that unexpected drop )with the expected news literally around the corner - we’re past mid February and if not Intraday today then Monday looking like a hot bet now.

Weird morning so far but MM tried their luck to take it further down no bites and no appetite for investors to sell so low. Things are happening here and ready to gain back some well deserved ground. NCYT is back in the game with this CTDA approval and by all accounts they will hit the ground running. Others still waiting months and months for their tests to get what we did today.

Very good point - like I said previously expect some TR1s again my bet is they will be held on for as long as they can but the cat looks like it’s already out the bag that we have a handsome admirer - let’s hope any RTO merger deal is very attractive to shareholders.

Worked all day looks like one MM sat on the Bid pretty much all day. NCYT very much back on people’s radars now. Deserves a good leg up from here. More TR1’s on the way…

The TR1 from Bio was to me strong evidence of wanting a RTO Merger - they gain an easy U.K. listing without having to jump through the maze of hoops plus large merger market cap, LSE listing and access to ability to raise for larger projects expanding company for firmly into U.K. market etc
I’m not referring to a hostile company takeover merely an offer to do a RTO merger

Kas it’s a huge benefit as part of the impetus for a merger RTO Acquisition lol - huge more exposure, larger company able to raise in the future and increase market cap funds etc - silly to overlook the huge benefits they would get from this. So explain to me then why they just took on the open market a large chunk of this company? Reasons?

What you’re all missing is that BIOSYNEX isn’t a listed company- this gives them the perfect opportunity to do a reverse takeover acquisition merger and achieve listed status! Do we have to spell it out? Its the easiest and quickest route to find a spot on Stockmarket especially now minimum market cap entry requirements have been substantially upped recently by FCA.

There - that’s the reason or is it like I said earlier they are just saving for a rainy day and though they’d accumulate a chunk of the company to put in their ISA lol.

give it chance nothing goes up in a straight line - we will end the day touching the next resistance at 2.55 and taking into account copious amounts of buys/sells and more accumulating too. Think that would be a good result for one day.

Agree - Kas therefore too late when next TR1 accumulation drops from them - now is the time to buying in with them shoulder to shoulder as when it does this won’t be sitting at this level clearly. Incentive is there pure and simple for new blood investors to come aboard here - lucky beggars! Or should I say baggers!

The endless precise Algo trades may be working on their behalf to buy up their intended stake - there’s a lot more than usual here. Small repeated trades at low price - taking SP up down and all around. But if you’re quick it presents perfect buying opportunity when these trades make it temporarily dip. The dummy quotes I’m getting bare no resemblance to live bid v ask lol. Patience we will end the day at a higher high. Too much interest FOMO on likely takeover and trading at a real low for this to not do so. Profit takers went out late yesterday and on open. They may also want to ride it back up - wouldn’t you?

Offer price would need to be min 3 x current SP and that’s a cheeky offer too.

Buy volume is huge - MM intent on pullback raise pullback raise perhaps they are having to back fill their buy orders lol but why would anyone sell now after cards have been revealed is beyond me. Has to be min 4 x bag from here in any takeover bid.

HarChris - yes it will however if they keep on accumulating then this is technically ground floor level where NCYT started to rerate originally so to them this is cheap obviously- it would be a different story if we were at 12.00 - I think like all of us this level is a bargain price so why not? Explain to me why they bought a chunk of the company then - what if not a takeover are they hoping to achieve?

I’ve come to the conclusion this is a takeover bid coming - many saying same thing on other board sites /social media - looks like it to me. Thoughts? Yesterday revealed the nature of the game being played - what would be an acceptable price?

We can all agree that the current SP no way reflects the value of the company nor the additional news. To be trading still at this level is from volatility caused by too many pocket money traders and MM intent on creating endless wide spreads to encourage sellers not buyers as this has a small available free float when buy demand occurs. The news we had last week is no way reflected here - the additional huge revenue sums we can earn by the extra news of adding our nanotech layer to ALL Volz products is not priced in clearly. We need to get to a penny and start stabilising & believe the climb back to regain ground starts now. News is also due on many fronts and on many new arms of the company progressing a variety of products targeting eight sectors. Sales news also due. And anything new we don’t know about further JV’S or further licensing deals eg Chinese surgical mask manufacturer etc could be coming too.
I think we can all agree we are in oversold territory and this will climb back fairly rapidly now.

Oh my god RR stick to gaffer taping your caravan - I’ve been doing this quite a while I don’t need schooling from you. I can assure you I monitor live prices and those stated were buys - we have often very wide spreads here as you know meaning it’s a tough one for traders to day trade hence the endless attempts to try to push down the ask when they’ve sold. I’m surprised you’re so concerned saying as you said you bought in again yesterday so low 80’s. Have you forgotten that? The standard of this board’s derampers knowledge is lack lustre to say the least. So basically anyone who sold way below the 80 strong support line today is going to be locked out. The appetite was to buy not sell today. One pi’s choice to sell some allowed this opportunity as others egged on by the doomsday brigade sold a few more. But in order for that seller who was mugged to ever buy that amount back in would mean the bid would need to be 59/60 with typical gap to buy back at 70 and that’s plain silly now. Reminder we were trading less than a week ago touching 1.00 several times. Face it - we are oversold now.
Onwards and upwards.
I’m looking forward to tomorrow and a nice leg up to regain some ground.
