Read the RNS out of all the parties that need to sign this is the client company. Progress maybe but the other parties have got to sign too and there’s nothing at all about when they are going to do that. Last RNS said the parties in plural were signing last week so one party has signed a binding agreement. But no details of who of what penalties there are if this doesn’t come to fruition. Half a job RNS once again. This is not the first IM signed off or completed. Clear that there’s many steps to go yet AZ gives no timelines at all in due course could be weeks months. Typical AZ communication ambiguous to say the least. The company needs an undisputed absolute cast iron progress stating amounts, names and that ALL parties have signed it not drip feed drip feed the market doesn’t like this at all.

stxx - it’s an art you have to make such a long post without saying anything you could post this on any board you are hoping to deramp. Regardless of expectations of dividend which has already been muted by TB chart is pointing to a substantial bounce even in simple market mechanics. Sp if you’ve shorts or spread bets I’d seriously think about closing it remember 54 million shares is peanuts and that’s how we can move in blink of an eye and do 100/200 in a day on nothing. Imagine the reality of a RTO and get Paraytec a shining diamond of a company with outstanding credentials on to the stockmarket and imagine we can get PF sold for a handsome dividend then remember once more the 54 million and majority of holders with average SP bought 7/8 times this…imagine what the SP would do it would go insane. Buy the quiet times buy the dip TB has plan here and he doesn’t buy things for nothing or stock here for no reason…

Bennster it doesn’t work like that your maths is pants mate. You are short here on your calculations and seemingly short here too. With 54 million shares the amount will be a large dividend for sale of Phasefocus. We took less than 5.5 mil in selling our stake in Pharm2farm and got a 64p dividend for starters back from Braveheart.
Phasefocus was always going to be the next divi payer -we know it’s getting sold. It’s in the meantime expanded into new and second premises and has done some great work it’s enhanced it’s fundamentals somewhat. I’d say a lot more than 5.5 million would be the sale price. Would not want to be a NNN holder as they would need to raise cash to fund this or indeed any proposed acquisition to enhance their growth (that’s the new strategy) so that only means one thing the p word over there as they have no sales of anything as yet. Glad to be on this side of the coin obviously!

Now negotiated trade for even 100 quids worth - has the back stock cupboard filled with forward selling been emptied… so normally if you don’t have stock you take it on up so 20’s let’s be seeing you. From basic fundamentals that is also cheap as chips for starters and you know it Mr Market.

Shorters an ii have fat fingers it seems - two random large cancellations in current scroll of trades - FCA need to look at how many and the source if Mr Market insists on ignoring this - in plain sight yet nobody doing a thing.

Caml ‘rainbow chasing’ wow you’re using all the playbook pages today aren’t you. The problem is the market has decided they’d like a large slice of this billions of barrels of oil. The shorters are now the buyers and will go long on this. They close the shorts and they are now able to purchase stock cheap as chips despite Cuda being solved and despite the report banging back on Friday billions barrels of oil the very thing that shot out the SP in the first place. Then the shorters arrived and we were taken down. As the dawn started to come along on the finalisation of CUDA sign off the price rose but Mr Market wasn’t having any of that. Mr Market has indeed decided that he’d like to eat at both sides of the table. Hence forward selling of ii CLN profit made for them and Mr Market. Shorters also would like to eat at both sides of the table and Mr Market happy to oblige trading sideways as orders filled and happy to take forward sales orders from the notes. So what a conundrum that Mr. Market when setting out his stall has actually deducted value from the share price quotes he’s happy to deal in without any hindrance or questions. Now shareholders and indeed company need to be asking questions WHY we are still swirling around at this low level with apparently no value added at all indeed decreased value after all that has been achieved and our assets confirmed in the billions as POO rises daily.
So carry on banging out the usual fud but you simply make yourself look silly and I mean really silly.
I’m off to mark a market abuse case with FCA - enough really is enough. This isn’t that retail don’t understand or jeopardy whether Cuda would get over the line or if the billions of barrels really did exist now Mr Market has rested his strategy on these ruse of arguments for many weeks. So Mr Market time to explain as we complain and start playing fair. You can sell into a rise so why are you trying to control a well earned and enhanced fundamental addition to the market cap? Have we not all been scratching our heads wondering how and why the share price could be maintained at this ridiculous low level since the fake drop on the great COPL robbery day.
Mr Market has shorts needing to be closed and it was heating up too fast for them. CLN holders had a wadge of notes and there we have it. The overdone silly drop we never seem to have recovered from, the huge buying and volume yet still we couldn’t climb back, the reassuring interview from Art didn’t apparently reassure the market even though we all were. All these odd things odd reactions everyone on same page shouting what’s going on? It wasn’t just wishful thinking but literally what’s going on?
CLN were forward sold.
Shorts open were covered.
Mr Market made a fortune on volume and continues to do so as it’s traded sideways swallowing up the last dregs.
Shareholders shell shocked after amazing RS report and apparently Mr Market hasn’t added any value to the share price of the confirmed Cuda saga closure, billions barrels of oil confirmed and way better and cheaper restructure of finance arrangement as RBL is arranged on back of report confirming our huge billion dollar assets.
If anyone is going to complain I suggest you do it now. An audit of who was in control of this hoodwink by FCA should be started imho now.

Now one more time FAIR and ORDERLY MARKET is your primary function. Now make it!

Why would BRH make an investment into a loss making but listed company…I’ve worked it out but I’m not revealing my scenario just yet keeping my powder dry. That’s why TB happy not to sell his shares for 12 months another piece of the jigsaw…

PARAYTEC gets a cheap and quick listing on the market via RTO of Auckett -liabilities are solved via sell off of their assets and small proportion of funds raised by IPO. CEO has shares now in new company. Fee earners happy they can go on their merry way. Shareholders in Aukett don’t end up with nothing but stock in new company with Paraytec able to independently raise on market to bring forward their innovative device headlined by Sepsis and even Monkeypox.

Phasefocus is sold to Nanosynth - Phasefocus is based in Nottingham and we already know there is plan is to sell it. New CEO at NNN said he was expanding by acquisition in their company review to increase the SP there. The company fits in perfectly with their ethos, their spend and also location - remember they moved to new expanded premises in bio city…just where NNN are located so I believe that’s who is buying it.
TB has been buying and collecting BRH shares because from the IPO we get a huge bonus dividend on listing and a huge bonus dividend on sale of Phasefocus plus an increase in SP here.
Remember we are an Investment company to make money for shareholders pure and simple and the pieces of the jigsaw are coming together to form a very nice picture here.

That indeed is just two of the many many investments we have. TB likes off shooting companies - more they have on the market more cash can be made.

I don’t even think it’s even just the above I think he also has another plan…he’s quite Machiavellian actually but in a rather good way.

Remember the days of 1.30/1.50 last year they are coming quicker than you think! Ten bag from here.

So Shaa the announcement today effectively marks the end they’ve been all sold done and dusted. They’ve been churned we’ve all been buying them. So firstly thanks holders and secondly no more cheap stock. We see you Mr Market no more trying tricks. Real value will prevail. Back to 20’sfor staters it is then! Let’s put pressure on Mr Market and put the wind up him! Shorters cough up quick!
