Presumably as they wish to buy more so they’ve lent out nearly all current amount with cash as collateral to buy more! Read the details it remains open until October 27th. Lend so shorter can dump and lower price so they can buy more cheap and returned by October. Looks to me like they are building a stake for themselves or a client?
