Head - You missed out the bit where gas prices have increased ten fold and deferment means huge amounts of extra revenue - that’s a smart money move. The gas is there, it’s coming and when the taps are turned on it’ll be gushing money. Well they’re actually dropping the true Ask down with each buy - can’t see any large buys so they must have a load of stock that needs shifting and working a large sell order by looks of it - no doubt someone who appreciates the reality of what’s really happening

Mikey example - if you have 150 million shares in issue and they then issue more say up to 150 billion shares then there’s 150 billion in issue - the ii take 10% as that’s 10 per cent of the issued share capital 10 per cent of the company. Oh and add in the sweeteners cheap warrants etc attached for example. What’s the value of the current SP then if there’s eg 150 billion in issue? They can allott more shares you numpty hence the adjournment of AGM because this came out prior to AGM so they can’t ask shareholders to do something if they now have this new info. No 10% of the company - you’re all working on basis of current share issue - more shares indeed a shed load will be needed to be issued obviously at a discount to current SP and probably warrants attached - ii are not charities. Wise up.

New - it’s great to get investment but investment on the stockmarket from ii ALWAYS comes with a price. It ain’t that I want to rain on the parade but there’s also a lot of people invested here that got stuck in much much higher and have been trapped for a very long time. Let’s see the structure outlined in the annual report issued later today shall we if they reveal - their thinking - however because you haven’t seen the structure knee jerk assumptions are that a + b = c BUT getting to 25 million could be a variety of ways including issuing of warrants and will require dilution - getting to the 25 million figure isn’t simply straightforward here’s 10 percent and here’s 25 million lol it’s going to be significantly more complex than that in structure no doubt hence my comment you can’t rely on simple ‘maths’ because they will issue more shares not keep the current amount which bozos are using to work it out then add it to the SP. Lol.
The devil is in the detail and I doubt ii’s will hand over 25 mil for return of premium premium premium price - would you? No.

Think people are getting carried away here - funding round to raise 25 million for 10 percent - the maths you’re using isn’t correct. The funding will be done at a huge discount on SP - totting up how many shares and simply equating 10 percent is going to leave many spiked here.

Sellers have a word - it’s negotiated trade no-one is getting a quote to buy any all buys have to be ferried through auction queue to do. Why would you at this juncture sell on the ask when the ask is about to pop! Beyond me the mentality of some investors lol
