It’s a RTO of main market listing not an IPO which is a lot cheaper that’s the attractive part for them. So we are to become a commercial bank by all accounts! Excellent cannot wait for the RNS suspect will be just prior to meeting on Thursday but looks like cats out the bag! Get them whilst you can! IMHO GLA

Anyone buying above 6 is allowing the placee sellers to use them so they can offload. Clearly heading to placing price so why help the barstewards by allowing this as the share price will simply be pulled back again and again. Once initial buyers realise this MM will struggle so it will be pulled under 6 to make a market and buyers likely to be tempted to come on in. Rinse and repeat. Average price overall they will still make a profit. Trust in this company now has gone for me after how badly they treat their shareholders! IMHO GLA

Yet again shareholders treated abysmally by the company and clearly ‘allowing’ forward selling and manipulation of their share price even after they issued the ‘good news’ RNS they would’ve known a placing was being arranged and state of their finances -we are always the last ones to know and after the last few days of play here even I had to concede there was indeed a large seller as share price action did not make any sense but assumed it was bond holders at 5! Shareholders shafted and betrayed again and LTH accepting this behaviour! How can shareholders regain trust when same old behaviour ensues? Back to 6 we go! IMHO GLA

Nice savvy buys below - always buy at the bottom don’t sell at the bottom from boredom - basics but pricing all over the place here today and MM delivering wide spread as large volume still will go up to 1.70! This will move ⬆️ in a heartbeat! IMHO GLA

Even Roger the profit dodger has to agree. Tick tock could make a move at any time and news of multi million pound reverse takeover here could drop at any time. I see MM still more than happy to take my entire substantial holding from me in one go! 1.69 to buy NT for larger amounts only a matter of time before this pops into a breakout! Price on the buy side remaining steady MM have indeed collected a few (may be backfills from sudden upwards move on Friday) tiny free float now getting smaller at this level as majority holding many x higher. News on the gamechanger RTO plan could drop at any time! IMHO GLA

Buda 28th of this month is absolute last date. The two heavyweight successful industry respected Directors took this from court to be delisted to a plan to execute a RTO. Clearly they’re not in the business of messing around or wasting their time here on a two bit plan. They’ve something big to reverse into here. This is essentially a cash shell with the listing to be utilised by another company. Allwyn who deals with the National Lottery was a front runner as we know they are seeking a listing and the connections between Directors although as they’ve both been successful in a number of areas we could find this is eg an AI genre company. What we know is they ain’t messing around. Both the previous Directors were happy to take shares in lieu of wages owed and now creditors also agreeing. Nomad appointed and plan will have been communicated to all which is why they have all signed up to take stock instead. There is only a small amount of available free float here and many from previous holding of this stock have averages far, far higher than here. Realistically this is peanuts for a cash sell listing. A reverse takeover where we current shareholders then become shareholders in the new company is far quicker, easy and cheaper for companies to get a listing on the stockmarket. So anytime now we will get the reveal on who the new company is reversing into this one! Meanwhile the stock price is a gift! IMHO GLA

1.70 full Ask wanted from MM for a only few then it’s into auction for anything larger so Ask is going on up! Not even the manipulation of the spreadbetting free app tiny sells will make a difference now lol as buy side looks extremely strong! IMHO GLA

Derampers out in force I see now that the price is so cheaply under 2.00s it won’t stay here mark my words! The appointment and payment of stock in lieu of debt (confidence) means we are on track for the RTO which will be far North of here. You can tell who’s sold out and now panicking they won’t get back in! Already 4th September so announcement could drop at any time but pre this we will climb and climb lest you forget we hit the late 5’s after the original announcement! So buying under 2.00 with such a tiny free float of stock (you can tell the ones who know nothing about this company or the structure) and two industry heavyweight highly successful & respected Directors who’ve taken over here with clearly a stellar plan about to execute, means this is a gift right now. I think when this moves again over 2.00 that’s the end of this level we will be moving upwards into much higher levels for good! Once it moves, it will just run up! I’m very confident we will all make a shed load from here! IMHO GLA

Trickymatters you don’t understand what a Reverse Takeover is do you! 🙄 There seems to be some confusion here with folk thinking they got them at ordinary share level they get them issued and they’re worth what our stock is worth at what the current share price is however just because they enter the market in a weeks time doesn’t mean they will be sold obviously they will wait for the lucrative RTO with a value far North of here. With such a tiny available free float the small amount issued will have little effect anyway. IMHO GLA

Well I’ve done the math and just taken a few more yesterday and today. The fact that today creditors have taken stock speaks volume and once the RTO comes in (they’ll have been told which is why both old directors and now even creditors have taken in lieu)) then this is an insane multibagger! Someone lower down stating current shareholders won’t get anything is deluded and amateurish as current shareholders absolutely will be when RTO occurs shareholders in the new company that’s the whole point - which is likely to be Allwyn as we are all aware! IMHO GLA

No it’s definitely a worked buy and explains the SINT trades on the buy side! We await a TR1 then to divulge who the new owner is! That’s no small change! IMHO GLA

Price looks to be picking up again! Buys far outnumbered sells. Perhaps MM know we are on to them and may cease their Operation collect stock routine still endless SINT trades buying small amounts is the give away! I did purchase a few more it was rude not to! IMHO GLA

Sleepy this defies logic to sell so low in the preceding weeks before historic drill -we will before drill naturally rerate even before results. Which numpty would think to sell now at lows. Looks like MM are still trying to buy stock just yanked it down as still filling on up! Not impressed with their smoke and mirrors action at all here! Fair and level playing ground been buys raining on in here all day majority SINT trades (ii is buying) and currently only up 2.14% yeah right MM! . One MM camped on it all day now swiped it down on nothing as we go into last hour to free up a few more. If you fall for this then perhaps stop investing and open a post office savings account!
