Deal has to be close they wouldn’t have bothered to appoint a new NOMAD and broker of it wasn’t a sure thing! All the dots are joining up to make a very profitable picture now! Once this penny drops with folk we shall see the herd galloping on in here once again -could pre announcement get back to 4-5 region that we saw on original announcement that RTO was on its way! Announcement of Reverse Takeover will be made along with a timetable. It won’t be suspended on that remember. It will need to be voted in and issuance of stock for the RTO. Trading at lowest point in over 4 months. This will bounce simply on technicals but I believe a significant update on IM status has to be on its way next week! Overdue & this is oversold! I think we are currently at the point where we are about to make some significant moves here. It has indeed been a very long time coming and what a rollercoaster it has been! But I believe we are now at the point where finally the dream comes together and all the shenanigans will be in the past. Yes I know the negative spreadbetters with their own agendas will disagree yawn but like the write up below I agree entirely with that positive sentiment. I think our day will come and it will come soon. News is very much overdue and I believe we will get a significant game changer update very, very soon as soon as Monday IMHO. I was one of the original holders here who saw the massive potential as a 1st to market disruptor no I never believed it would ever take this long but all the pieces now have been placed on the board and we finally get to play the game and win big here. Time to buy here is when it’s quiet like now and make your positions when everyone is bored as believe me once this gathers pace and it will soon (highly oversold) then they’ll be all over this like a rash. Looks leaky to me some better buys coming in now. Even on technicals this is due to bounce big it’s wallowing at recent lows and doesn’t take much to move this. A few more buys not even big ones will tip this upwards! Personally I think he will pull this off the appetite for this to continue is huge and whatever happens even if the worst scenario plays out we have ultimately a lucrative cash shell eventually for any willing RTO to manoeuvre into worth far more than we are now! Whilst they mess around look at the the Linked In profiles of our two new highly experienced Directors who are leading us into a RTO reverse takeover so which company will we become? It’s looking likely in the field of AI with their background & connections or we may get a surprise and find it is indeed Allwyn the national lottery company after all !
