I can’t even buy a few hundred quids worth - good job I topped up earlier and yesterday. The whole drop walk down whatever you want to call it is for what reason? If there was a seller then we’d be free to pick those up from them but there ain’t. Balancing books and buys is what this was about. How much longer can they play around with this until people realise hold on a minute nothings changed and we have analysts and company valuing this at £1.40 x 2 on just this one asset so explain why are we here at this level - 129 million ? Irony is that if the MM whack it up buyers will flood on in. Buy when others are unnecessarily made to feel fearful and when it’s quiet. Oversold and massively undervalued! Even Investing.com tagging this a a STRONG BUY. Take it or leave it. IMHO DYOR GLA

So they on tiny sells want 12 to buy but 10.90 to sell lols - free app brigade helping them to balance their books. I’m sure free app buyers will be happy to reciprocate! I would also think company watching their share price may have something to say on this too as it’s been walked down on nothing. Nothing whatsoever - Picked up some more the antics here by MM are indeed ridiculous working on the naive and lazy but there’s no big seller in fact as we’ve seen every day there’s been delayed trades from previous days almost like they are back filling orders they’ve already sold you. I’ll carry on collecting as and when they will let me price now is a gift but large volume buys unattainable hence if there was a seller you’d be able to buy as much as you like. In such a minuscule free float of available stock and MM obligations to quote as is their job, this is why you arrive at this absurd and downright dirty situation. I’m trying to buy some but broker won’t give me a quote very frustrating and no reason for the walk down oversold drop. Tiny sells clearly as we’ve seen numerous times to fill buy orders or back fill buy orders. MM your job is to provide’a fair and orderly market’ this is an extremely messy slanted market and controlling the share price. Ibyb I think you need to listen to the interview and also watch the presentation for reassurance and answers and actually it wasn’t directed at you but it is now. If you can’t be bothered to collect info from the company and listen to what they’re saying then you’re an odd fellow investor. That aside, the magic deramp of talk of a placing but others completely unseats the value of the asset at 129 million? Does it? I’m actually not bothered IF there was going to be one right here right now however you’re being told there’s no need yet and that they’re fine funded for FDA and up until first oil production. There’s also other ways to fund projects as we all know. The pathetic misinformation campaign is lazy deramping whereby they think the mere mention of the P word will send shareholders running for the hills and deliver their holdings on the MM table to be slaughtered. It’s boring. Now back to discussion and how this stock is extremely undervalued and like hens teeth to get decent amounts of! To be honest in oil and gas stocks I’m scratching my head to find a better entry than this for some serious profit making! I’m excited, the company says they are excited so who else is excited as some of you as apparent shareholders are you? aren’t showing the same excitement and suddenly being risk adverse when it’s far below the entry of 40 and we hadn’t even done this deal then! I think to counter the pathetic attempts by deramping individuals to hijack the narrative listen to the interview 4 days ago with Zac Muir.

CEO explains that there’s no need to raise yet and if they do it won’t be until first oil out of the ground (months down line when SP far north of here) then they don’t want to dilute shareholders so it won’t be big - stop misinformation here it’s quite pathetic

They also say 129 MILLION value by analysts attributed to this ONE asset field which the MAJOR joint venture partner is happy to fund until first oil.

The team he explains is tiny - the cash flow is approx 19.5k per month - so they’ve currently got 92k.

BOD very excited and estimate value here for this one project on NDV is £1.40 then does the maths on rest of the asset and compares JOG so equates to £2.80+ - entry to market was 40 and we are currently trading at a laughable 13-14? They think the current share price does in no way reflect the assets value here 15-16 when interview done.

***I think as you can see an order fill has been completed on the 11.30 delayed print explains the sudden drop here to tree shake and fill.

If you can’t add proper discussion then I suggest you green box those that have turned up to discredit and bang on about other stocks irrelevant to here or agenda laden narratives.

The value is here - it’s extremely undervalued as we can all agree! MAJOR One of 3 majors is the clue (I personally believe it’s BP) happy to pay the way! Homegrown UK energy easily into production as price of oil rises significantly

Says it all re their own agendas - even Pumpky is in at 14.50 he’s now admitted as of yesterday. Perhaps he’ll pipe down now -certainly fewer green boxed ones popping up. Steady rise to the pivotal 21.60 suits me from where it really moves. Timing my exit from another stock to buy more here. IMHO DYOR GLA

MM slowly upping the bid and the ask. Nice platform circa 14.50-15 consolidated level to now move from. 19 achieved end of last week and looking at some time soon to go again.Given some an opportunity to pick up some more of this entirely elusive stock with its absurdly tiny free float. Trying to build a large position takes patience and determination here. If you haven’t read the ZM interview it’s very revealing on values and the disconnect between even just this asset and the share price. They then point out of course that this is not their only asset either. Analysts have ascribed a 129 MILLION value to this one joint venture asset we are major name producer partnering with.Company own maths makes £1.40 x 2 for this alone! Again what’s not to like here. Discussed no raise now and then small not needed until first oil out of the ground when SP should be many miles north of here. Updates on other fields inc 2 x gas coming. The value here is incredible. But hey let’s focus on me is that all the naysayers have got. Sad but true. Yesterday out of my 60 stock watch list all but 3 were down as was the most of the market. Key points are

1. 129 million pounds analyst worth put on the asset - this is just one of our assets!

2. This is not the only project also have other oil and 2 x gas projects

3. No cash raise needed and then only on first oil production which is down the line - and not planning a large raise either (I presume similar to Feb23 raise which was nominal)

4. Comparisons with JOG - the m/cap value here is crazily low

5. We are just at the start of the journey and BOD have shareholders interests to extract value and raise SP here as priority.

6. New flow coming on other projects/licenses

7. Major is very supportive and it seems contextually even more so now the importance of energy security/homegrown power can also help underpin UK rather than relying on imports from other nations.

Again, this is a ‘sweetheart deal’ as Zac comments - and very tiny available free float - I can’t think what’s not to like. Current SP is so far removed here it’s for me stock of 2033 AND 2024. IMHO DYOR GLA

MM want them badly all smoke and mirrors on decent consolidation - I could sell my entire holding at premium price more than current ask lol. 14.90-15 to buy & large volume you’ll have to go via negotiated trade. I’d be making positions whilst it’s quite ready for next week because the availability of stock is extremely limited. We may see a rally last 1.5 hr going into close. Certainly being flip flopped back and can’t see this being maintained for much longer so believe we will finish much higher. Very much still in the extreme undervalued tag right now. IMHO GLA

Infor we get it you sold out yesterday but please stop making up these things there’s no large seller I can see not on the book or printed - if there was we all wouldn’t be consistently finding it hard to buy. Traders lower down are out. SP consolidation happening higher it’s really not necessary for you to keep posting a fake negative scenario. It’s 14.80-15 to buy I think that’s a very reasonable buy back in for you but if you’ve got deeper pockets and you require more I wouldn’t hang around now. Considering average price over last 12 months before this project was 24, highest was 35 near entry of 40 and the company have equated £1.40 of value x 2 conservatively just for this project (news flash we have others) it’s starting to look like the giveaway of the year don’t you think? Pumpky if you’d listened to the presentation it’s a free carry on the development to first oil out - there will be 2.4 million obligation (disingenuous or thick to quote 3 million pounds it’s dollars) and not payable but obligated on FDP approval by that time share price will be nearer the 1.40 NDP x 2 = £2.80 as quoted in terms of actual real value - that’s conservative share price may go much much higher especially on the minimum available free float and this calculation doesn’t inc the other licenses and potential of other projects! I know you’re in for a trade here looking for a better entry. We know when you’re in as you’ll start trying to PUMPky! This is a stellar investment not a fly by night job.
