We used to be exempt and were on the exempt list so I haven’t seen these lists and dates of all of the endless shorts by Anavio! This is damning! How can PK ignore this and referencing affidavit is evidence of the share price decline and the relevant dates inc the disgraceful’ speeding ticket’ RNS. This needs to be emailed by everyone to PK and the FCA, Canadian authorities and the Canadian court asap as hard detrimental evidence. How can this shorting action even be deemed legal? I’m lost for words it’s there in black and white and how can the court report from PK evidencing the reaction by the market in the SP decline re JV ending stand when the reason for decline and to aid its decline was shorting by Anavio! How can you operate as board members, as Chairman, as a rescue ‘cornerstone’ funder whilst simultaneously shorting the company’s stock and to this extreme extent! So what would’ve happened if the 15th January deal hadn’t gone through! When is the FCA and Canadian authorities going to step in and protect our rights as shareholders! We need to ALL email all above copying in the authorities and court so they can’t deny this happened! IMHO DYOR

I take back what I said about PK entirely this affidavit just seems to have gone along with everything at face value despite all the discrepancies. I also note that the market wasn’t informed of his engagement for some time it seems.Why were we not informed immediately! A bit like the report for the court and affidavit dated 7/3 filed 8/3 but didn’t bother to inform market until 11th! What I would like to know is simple facts HOW MUCH IS THE ENTIRE DEBT to SL (is it 45 million?) and WHAT IS THE VALUE OF OUR ASSETS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. I think this whole process needs to be halted immediately. If another SL came in at this stage willing to replace the original and pay them off against the value of our assets if we actually had the REAL value stated like the SL had been lending against. Also the CCAA process states the PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT has to be voted on. So why don’t we get a vote? And they will have to inform us of the timelines they can’t simply dispense with their RNS communications that’s absolute nonsense they will need to minimum file with SEDAR! On what basis can any offer for our assets be assessed if there’s no formal valuation done? I want figures and reports - let’s see finally the RS then filed! IMHO DYOR

MIK I think you need to do your own research the confident buy refers to after hours buy yesterday of 128k at over 32 on the day the placing was announced. Not all placings are bad in this case it’s extremely positive as the company can continue easily with 12 million cash via oversubscribed placing majority US ii. This is KEY the reason the share price dropped was the threat of being insolvent in next month however that threat has now disappeared AND we have a takeover offer being prepped by top tier BIGPHARMA co alongside which has to be a minimum offer of 1.55 (highest price we’ve trade at last 12 months) there’s also a lot of shorts still exposed and there’s little availability of free float of stock especially now hands are prepared to hold tight for the offer price. The placing stock is almost irrelevant now as they too will hold for offer, plus the majority of that stock in 1st tranche can’t be sold until 45 days from 14th anyway (strict SEC rules) and we will have the take offer well in before that date. The 2nd placing tranche needs to be voted on and no date even yet so can’t hit market again strict SEC rules. So we are essentially very much on the up! When people hear placing they assume it’s negative and it will revert to that price but not in this instance - it depends on the reason for the raise and in our circumstances it’s entirely POSITIVE!! Agree I think we should start to see some rapid moves towards late 30’s now. We are saved and we have a takeover offer should we wish to take it coming our way! There’s no cheap stock from placing that isn’t going to be available to sell strict rules 45 days plus not timetable on vote for and tranche so we are still dealing with a tiny free float as news of the takeover price minimum 1.55 could be announced at any time! If it’s AZ then the DD has been done and they may want to seal the deal by revealing hand sooner rather than later before any other potential offers break cover! Fantastic news yesterday and an oversubscribed placing with 12 million coming our way! What’s not to like here now? It’s a great company and well respected in the market place! Shorts will now struggle to find the volumes to cover as holders are assured we are now not going under and a top tier BIGPHARMA wants to give us a handsome offer! IMHO DYOR

I think we’ve all established including the company themselves that this has no impact on EUA - Queeld’s historical argument are not ours and has nothing to do with the sale or impacts the ability to sell our assets in any way! It’s not relevant at all and even the company has put this in an RNS last week! IMHO DYOR

Be assured this is a confident buy! An ii buy who didn’t get in on the placing but is prepped to pay way above it! This placing was indeed a positive event! Can you all see this now? I hope so!

I’m worried for MADGE however our shorting brother from another mother is MIA and hasn’t been seen since early this morning…I suggest he’s closed his ridiculous short and now operating on another parallel universe as a ramper extraordinaire! I agree DiscoDog and the placing shares won’t be available for quite some time 47 days in total and why would they sell at these levels? They won’t they will hold and won’t be letting go anytime soon! We are ok we are not going bust! We have a premier top tier BIGPHARMA takeover offer winging its way here and in a strong position to negotiate with 10 million injection of capital which demonstrates the confidence from the market in us and backing of ii!
