I’m into my 3rd top up tranche thank you sellers! There’ll be no forward selling of placing shares majority to US and there’s a 45 day caveat NASDAQ anyway from 14th so your expectations shorters and deramping squad that this will sink is misplaced and misguided. What it’s done is provided a temporary opportunity to cover and close for you so be thankful shorts. The offer from top tier BIGPHARMA co will be released well before 45 days + 2. indeed at any time now! The other placing tranche has to be voted on and no timeline given yet for that so many weeks away to say the least! So in essence there’s money secured, we have 10 million dollars assigned cash from 1st tranche heading to our bank account and a strong position from which to negotiate a possible takeover offer which has to be the highest price minimum this traded at over last 12 months. You’re looking at 1.55 basic not including the value equated to the fantastic IP we have! Sellers have not analysed this correctly today - all placings aren’t bad news and in this case we go on, we are not going under that threat ended today. Options are a long and lucrative future or take the takeover deal with min offer price at 1.55 for starters but no doubt will start with a 2! We get to buy more at these low prices to increase our holdings!WIN WIN multiple bag situation all round! IMHO DYOR

No for the umpteenth time you’re all not getting anything here as shareholders here in ITS from their IN THE STYLE new relist because it’s via ICON shell. Shareholders in this shell they vacated get nothing here and were well and truly shafted! The brass neck of them to do this is disgusting! IMHO DYOR

Silver it looks like it’s just US participants taking part so no placing stock coming to market for 45 days from 14th and on NAADAQ if at all because in that time we will know the offer price and the offeree! Market makers are shaking out those who believe the SP will naturally go to placing price but that’s a fallacy in this particular case! I’m happy to buy more however as I am sure many are. Think Kibo have stopped selling now there’s definitely a change in the MM pricing and they will happily take my entire holding albeit cheap no deal MM but try and buy same and it’s into NT and smaller amounts edging back into 40’s! I’d say we may see some rapid movement North of here. Have picked up some more here over past few days but always been very hard to buy. If there was a supply of stock from Kibo it looks like the taps have been turned off. That was the only reason why we find ourselves down so low with this arguably laughable low SP! Kibo troubles are nothing to do with MAST and it’d be wise to remember this!MAST is on a brand new and very bright new chapter! We will see that elusive 1.20+ price soon! IMHO DYOR

People like me were pumping really? … I merely pointed out the supply of stock versus the demand and that we would finish at 40 which we did. There was a pullback of four long days and in any situation where it gets essentially oversold. The share price is already in 30’s so I think you low life’s need to put on your big boy pants and accept that this isn’t the dire event you think it is! The majority of the 1st tranche will be sucked up by the US market with 45 day restriction on selling from 14th and the 2nd tranche which essentially is a contingency tranche has to be voted on and not even on horizon yet for that. The formal take over offer number will be in long before then! I’m certainly no novice but it looks like you shorts and spread betting types are more used to the bookies than the mechanics of the stockmarket. We have funds! We are fully funded 10 million dollars we are not going under! That’s the scenario you all relied upon then the T/O approach offer came in and blindsided you! You low life’s need to get a life if you’re making threads just for me! So the any threat of no funds has been disabled and we remain in offer mode with a platform of 1.55 minimum. Shorters and spreadbetters who want to cover have been handed a lifeline. But so do investors want more stock including ii it’s a conundrum. So MADGE your constant lines that the company won’t get funding and will be obsolete aren't looking too clever now. The US Nasdaq will be buying up majority no doubt as their appetite for this is extremely strong. Yes I’m an investor and I will be buying more always have powder dry for opportunities such as this. Companies need to raise that’s why they are publicly listed we are on two markets so have double the attraction for events like this.

MADGE I’ve reported one of your posts because you can’t simply waltz around creating liable against the company I think it’s you who’s the novice here. It’s not like we didn’t know they would raise. Now we are in a strong position whether we accept the BIGPHARMA takeover offer or not. This means we get an offer for what we are worth and not any perceived ‘rescue’ offer. Now MADGE and the rest of the spreadbetters I think you all need to pipe down and calm down because now you are going to have to compete with other spreadbetters, shorters and other investors here to grab some of these BEFORE the takeover offer which minimum last 12 months trading was 1.55 that’s quite a return on a cheap entry now! However I suspect as we are now in a stronger position market will view this as extremely positive move! IMHO DYOR

If it was any other company with poor assets and not making revenue it might be a different story but we have simply huge potential here! What happens IF the gas finally gets injected? Even at our apparently 1000 bopd we’d be the envy of many oil producers wouldn’t we especially as the POO increase. And yet ii funders are happy to shower £££ upon much poorer indeed on paper pathetic producing companies listed on stockmarket who would love to be able to have a paltry 1000 BOPD! Steve they have to say that on the RNS it’s a fairly perfunctory statement but also telling that they’ve included bond holders as a shot across the parapet! We are not in administration or bankruptcy/ C11 so nothing is getting sold or wound up yet! It’s an initial CCAA protection order to take a breath…I wish people would actually do their home work as to what this means here! IMHO DYOR

Steve the SL debt doesn’t exceed the producing assets do you not understand this. Now we’ve entered transparency we will all get to see exactly what our worth is! SL wouldn’t have increased and been happy to extend their lending - are you honestly saying they lent against assets that weren’t worth the debt? It’s complete nonsense. Where was the shareholder equity raise too we would all participate if we’d had the opportunity and there’s still this option within this process ? It’s been TR in control and this process will mean he can’t direct and dictate things now so in a twisted way I’m glad we’ve go this protective wrapper to expose exactly what we are worth and what’s been going on! How can our foes steal our assets when they will get the same treatment as us if they don’t agree to back down and reprice bonds and warrants. Tuvok calm down of course they need to still produce and pump oil we are not in bankruptcy and closing down all ops or indeed forced to do so. We are not in administration either we’ve applied for an initial order as formal protection from senior lender creator.. It has to continue and it’s creating revenue we are all still shareholders. If we have a chance of a positive restructuring then we need to be operating business as usual and I’m sure the SL want this too! I’m thinking you all need to scroll back and look at exactly what the CCAA formal legal process is and how this helps the very difficult situation we’ve been put in. During this process we can still restructure and organise funding but it means a breather whilst they present a PLAN of ARRANGEMENT which as this is a listed company with shareholders we should all be able to vote on!
