well the BH are inc in this unsecured creditor list so again how does this not return anything to the BH if total debt inc BH adds up to $81,126,651 US DOLLARS - if you add on the costs of court, Province, court Monitor, the 11 million DIP (1.5 million for working capital being used - 11 million available not using all of this right now) then that’s circa $95 million being generous. So once again how is this exceeding the value of the assets or in excess of $135 million? The assets should be proven to be worth more than this the actual value far, far higher so even if you took 135 million as somehow the actual value there’s 40 million surplus to come our way! We are working in US dollars aren’t we? IMHO DYOR

Med Jed no bond holders are in the list so even after copious expenses still nowhere near exceeding $135 million! I’m wondering why these people haven’t been paid yet re unsecured creditors? How has RS still not been paid? IMHO DYOR

I emailed PK, the company and others re shorting info and the significance of this - got a short reply simply saying he would send the info to KSV Advisory which I had already done but also that Anavio were not the SL, the DIP or the SH bidder which we know so that was odd. He didn’t address any of my other concerns so requested a further reply. Will see if he will oblige.

The total of creditors is $109,802,934 Canadian dollars so total $81,126,651 US DOLLARS

How is this exceeding the $135 million stated in the RNS??? Silly question but this 135 million figure is repeated twice in 10/1 RNS was this Canadian dollars or US dollars I’ve presumed US.

Well how are they valuing all the assets? If the RS report is in there then surely that will expose that it’s worth way more than the purported less than the total alleged debts of 135 million! This has to be done we need to bombard PK, COPL company contact email with this and the KFV Advisory so they can’t deny any knowledge or try to circumvent it in any way.
