However they have announced to world so it would be nice if administrators/company could release info to us soon. We shouldn’t have to find out oursleves. Rodney do you not think that PK when appointed interim CEO on 18th Jan and privy to all the info and intel could have set out eg the reasons/ case for ‘failure’ of COPL better to court and highlighted the massive shorting activity by Anavio as a major contribution even the graph of their shorts literally follows the timeline of the share price movement and of course had effect on access to lending/raising. He really did not put much emphasis on it simply amending the affidavit with a few lines which really did nothing. Why did he not clarify eg the disparity in RNS company debt amounts communicated to us and then the difference in amount in figures once court docs filed the list of creditor amounts - has he addressed this ever yes they had TR’s name on but he was interim CEO at that time? Why reluctant for shareholder meeting/RNS etc can’t simply be a cost saving exercise? IMHO DYOR

No they don’t own them yet will take a while to do legalities transfer of ownership. Months. But what effect would a class action shareholder lawsuit have - would the sale/transfer be halted pending the outcome? Sheldon you have clearly no comprehension of what went on at COPL and trying to conflate 88E just because they have found huge commerical oil field discoveries like COPL is amateur deramping hour. If you have even 1% comprehension of the ‘asset grab’ situation there you would know that COPL is a whole different ball game, a one off situation which is nothing to do with the production of oil (one eg producing without injecting currently circa 30k BBLS per month for eg ) the current court situation there is being challenged by even BP! There’s eg sophisticated investors, HNWI shareholders in CAG challenging the company for a huge variety of reasons! And reasons also includes the fund placees shorting the company repeatedly which has now been revealed - that may be a lesson any naked shorts or fund shorts here may like to take on board? It also involves a hell of a lot more besides even! Hence a top lawyer led class action group! So….next!! IMHO DYOR
