Ah bless the Oz shorts trying to dtop in a few big fake sell trades at the 15.50/70 mark well below the live bid wedged in between buys at 17.10s but unfortunately for them they got gobbled up with some very big buys…it’s not the placing stock @0.16 that’s for sure! Manipulation ‘naked’ shorting right there- all SINT trades too. Oz fund naked shorts will be squeezed tight until the pips squeak! Cannot wait! IMHO DYOR

I’m interested to know why we can’t carry on as a listed company there are some remaining assets still that were not included in the sale were there not - also as these are producing money making assets circa 30k BBLS per month etc (will March production be reported?) what happens to the production monies before the asset is legally sold to SHB the senior lender it is not theirs but companies COPL until legal transfer which will take a few months in reality according to the docs.

Also what is to stop SL from allowing COPL to continue to trade and so being in full control of company putting in their own people & ousting current BOD? There is also basic value in our listing and once debt paid, the company may have a few pounds left BUT if what I’ve just suggested didn’t happen re SL then surely we are ripe for eg a RTO esp with a valuable main market listing. Now reversal in play after shorting activity and forward selling of placing stock! Seahawk it’s my opinion that they have so what is it to you, my opinion? You disagree but then you have nothing whatsoever to do with 88E same as I have no stake in PANR. My opinion based on numerous years in the market is that they have majority been forward sold. Whether that is via shorting to affect and lower the share price in tandem (boiler room crew parked here based Oz) and then cover with the placing shares. You need to look at the volume traded and fhe free float available which has been hugely exceeded on numeous occasions recently- where was it coming from explain that? This is exactly what happened at COPL but it wasnt exposed until too late in the day when a fund shorted nearly 50% of the company before a raise they were involved in. It may be that the placing was agreed at a higher level and then the combo of naked shorting and ii shorts brought down the share price against the 2 x gamechanger news we had in the space of a few weeks. The trading patterns were highly unusual and the heavy volume of buys v very little selling were not affecting the ask but a tiny sell would immediately bring it down. There was a lot of ‘bait and switch’ going on! I don’t care if you disagree that scenario has happened and played out a million times on AIM and main market. Do not be so naive to think it doesn’t! I think there is very little left now in reality. Today was a good day to buy. Even holders were not minded to sell as why would they? A few disgruntled pi’s yes but where was the stock coming from to fill eg the large buy prints we saw. There will be many more delayed obviously as to not fully let the cat out of the bag just yet! We were fully funded to carry out what we needed to do on all projects so we have now gone to market and raised a futher 5.8 million which includes working capital and other ventures outisde of project advancement too!

Funding out of the way company secure and fully funded on all fronts, all projects - bashers have nothing to offer now except fantasy fud rants. There is money to be made here -multi bags. I’m buying more and right now we can buy cheaper than the boys in the city have been offered! We all know it has been forward sold anyway. FULLY FUNDED for 12 months with all our projects being advanced and JV farm out agreement coming soon. I expect they already know who is the JV and this is when we will get the we now own 100% having bought out the remaining 25% Phoenix RNS! I’m therefore expecting the placing to have been oversubscribed. You shouldn’t be afraid of placings when they advance and strengthen our position with an extra 9.8 million on top of the 17 million in bank we are going to make leaps and bounds in 2024! IMHO DYOR

Reading the comments is hilarious! Right firstly this is the stockmarket companies list on said markets to expand they do this with expansion funded by equity raises. Whilst I agree they should have raised higher, they will bring in an extra $9.8 million on top of their existing $17 million healthy funds in the bank already. We were fully funded for all projects as stated even in the Vox markets overview however this now gives us 12 months surety of enough cash to do all we need to do on all projects inc well tests and even looking at other projects.

The rumour is that this raise and why it was done now is to use part of these funds to buy out and secure the 25% interest to own Project Pheonix 100% outright meaning a probable sale in wings or simply making it a smooth farmout with major.

Now having seen the SP over last 5 days something was amiss - the naked short was used to bring down the SP to effect such a large discount however I think we can all agree the majority has been forward sold. The short cover will be covered using renainder and everyone is a winner. Its a poor show but just as we were happy buying in mid 30’s we will be even happier buying this low knowing we will now get a further deluge of good posituve news flow along with surety of having a ton of cash in bank and the company underpinning the SP with expansion and progression of lucrative projects and yes fully funded safety for 12 months.

So sling as much mud as you want bashers but despite the placing price what now are you hoping to achieve by being here by commenting further? How many times can you gloat and is that paid or lucrative for you so why bother? I suggest like I have you start buying or if you’re not going to even do that at this historical low juncture when we are in the strongest position in years, you simply jog on! Hillbilly in order to make a profit to sell at 41 when it rose to over 44 less than a few weeks ago you would have had to have the faith to buy in lower pre results. Well that’s what we are all doing now buying and topping up except we have now had release of excellent results on 2 x discoveries and more to come than when you say you bought. Your view makes therefore zero sense! All you have demonstrated is the potential bags from this low level for new entrants and holders lowering their averages before the ship sails North again!
