With also regard to the appeal by BP against the AVO agreeing the SH bid, looks like next sitting/earliest sitting for Appeal court to hear their appeal is 10th June so as the completion is target 31st May (unlikely time frame however) and stay is until 7th June what will happen? IMHO

Decent buys popping up again expect like yesterday massive buying after hours to show up. I think as GR was in Harare 9/5 for licences and no reference in RNS other than he expects no delay, that this export licence news will be popping up tomorrow or Fri to get the shares churned…and there’s a 10 day hiatus on subscription shares by that time things should have moved on substantially. I will also hazard any uncovered shorts will be getting dressed at these low prices! IMHO DYOR

There’s more here I think than we know yet hence placing away easily and contractors taking shares in lieu of cash. From this entry level it is a rosier view granted but I think GR will produce the rabbit from the hat. I think when it does go pre news we will make some decent moves as this current market cap is just plain silly. Oversold, well under placing price and bored traders momentarily chasing shiny things. Ask is however creeping back up and those in the know will be scooping up bigger and bigger buys. Even on a technical point we should move up to next level support and well over 1.00! Patience pays! Surely you would not be so silly as to take out your money at a loss just as GST brings this all together ? This is most certainly buy time as we sensibly await not sell out under placing price! Imagine that feeling of being out as you see the share price rise trying to chase rainbows elsewhere! Madness. Totally impressed with this P-Chip Corporation USA collaboration and the confidence it gives to market for SYME. We have just really made our platform belt and braces. The critics will not like this update as it signals we are very near to sign off of WL.
