As this is 5th June to be heard approval of AVO re Chapter 15 US looks like it may have to be stayed as appeal against AVO in Alberta court by BP won’t have been decided yet by 5th or may be on same day as would just be within 7 days for decision by Appeal Judge If I have got that right? IMHO DYOR

Maid - what I would like to know is the faux focus on ‘restructuring’ when they are about to wave off our assets which is the business for peanuts in an unnecessary rushed panic of a SISP process. How is this going to help restructure what exactly- is PK going to restructure the office furniture or what? What’s the plan PK and why the rush and focus on running out of money June 8th when the closure of the transaction to SL has until Aug 31st according to the AVO in real terms and we are still pumping circa 1000 BOPD from the ground without injection which is COPL cash. Also he has been apparently on this journey with COPL since 29th December so why were we not told of his appointment and really what positive thing has happened since for the various stakeholders inc us. Why were we never offered a shareholder equity raise participation combined for eg with a lesser amount new SL provision from another party? Why are the company so unbothered by what Anavio did? It has been glossed over without detail or explanation as to the effect on the company share price. I hope the BP appeal wins so we can begin again with more options here. Ray you wish - GR does not need more money now they just raised last week at 16 and despite the narrative there is no evidence of placees completed selling into market - we were in 15’s most of last week. Buying in this region is as cheap as you will get right now and actually hard to buy volume too now. IMHO DYOR

Exactly what I was thinking Cherry and have bought more in 11’s ready for the golden nugget he is holding back here - I don’t think all is what it seems. The ii placees were happy to buy at 16 last week! They would have known the info so let’s see what GR will produce from his hat! That is how it rolls here - risk v reward from these 52 week ATL levels is huge! Buy when others are made to feel fearful. I expect the ii are sitting cool as cucumbers! IMHO DYOR
