Was trying to buy into Interserve the other day and gave up after 20 minutes.Hargreaves blamed MM..Was just wondering if all companies are the same.
Just seems like you can buy and sell when they want you to deal.

Is anyone else suffering with trading with hargreaves.When ever any intrest surrounding a share all you get is "Unable to retrieve a live quote".. You are only able to trade once price has risen or fallen sharply.Has any one got any ideas?

You was still stupid enough to keep shares which you said would keep dropping. Not that bright are you? Or did you ever have any?

HL seem to be failing on a few things,Have struggled to sell when activity on a share.And can only trade when price has dropped.Have been told its to get u tunneled vision.You are frustrated with no trade available for long periods and then it frees up with a price dropped and you click trade.Have got your sell at lower price.

No trades since 15:41 on HL

HL would not give me a quote again for 15 mins. Had to wait for the price to drop.Might have to have a look at IG

Thanks for your reply. Have only ever used HL. When at work I have not got time to keep trying to get a trade to go through. But will just have to put up with it.

I saw the other day you use HL. Are you having any problems buying or selling when there is any interest in a share?
HL only seems to allow a trade once the decent price has gone?

Funny how the supposed holders only appear on drops.

I contact HL a while a go, and they don't loan shares out.Don't think that has changed.
