A lot of people saw the bright picture that was painted and are heavily locked in. Think they are entitled to have the odd moan!

It does seem all small-caps companies pay way over odds in salaries. Whether the company flies or fails the director's bank accounts are bulging.Not a bad job if you can get one! But this needs to be looked at in the early years and not after they have already empty the coffers into their bank accounts.
