Those of us that bought in before this rise know why. It's all well and good listing these things but how investors value the company is a whole different ball game.
The track record is to avoid taking the mick out of shareholders when it comes to placings as far as I can see, and that transparency is not as present in non-producing explorers.
Yeah you're right HC you didn't say that about Shishir, I misread your post. Well lets see anyway, don't think there's anything wrong with having dissenting views and being cautious on these tiny explorers.
On the basis that this managed to get away a significant placing at almost 2x the current share price recently and now has the backing of a sovereign wealth fund. I don't think going out of business is as great a risk as what you're suggesting it is.
Also shishir therw a fair chunk of his own money in so I'm not sure why you think he's carrying little risk.
I also think that "more likely to execute" is something of a ramp for explorers that aren't yet producing in this current climate.
HC, what's your comparison to other stocks in this sector in relation to where the share price is at? How come there are other stocks which aren't producing anything with a larger market cap? Is the whole sector overvalued?
You ought to be fined for not being impartial and allowing a false market to be created on here for the last 4 years by removing factual posts from this forum.
Trench, I understand your position is as a long term investor, but with any company of this size and cash position LTH are at risk of a delisting and the company going private.
