Company of market cap 4m gets a maximum 6m if a company of market cap 18m gets a minimum of 100m. Yep, makes sense that people are investing here instead of VAL on this speculation - not.

Yes, brands are holding back, which is why a guaranteed revenue deal makes it someone elses problem in the short term. Gaming is of course a relatively new medium and could go **** up, I guess your view on whether it's a red flag depends on whether you consider whether the risk priced into the company valuation or not.
