John, which broker's giving you that preliminary uncrossing price?
Buy signal generated. Expect the uptrend to continue for a few days/weeks.

If Trek's accurate with his entry-exit bands he's the best trader that ever lived! Acacia should lure him in with a seductive package at once I say. As for his view on 4d's cashburn rate and bleak mid-term, I can confidently say that nothing could be further from the truth. The following few quarters are abundantly covered, and that's all the time we need for significant market impact and subsequent re-rating. GLA
I quite like bod's radio silence - sp's boiling up like a pressure cooker.

Groundhog day once again. Still no TR1 from Mr O so that volume spike we've observed late Sep/early Oct is looking very likely to be almost all PIs and algos. And on the II front, only one notable change really: Pergam New Horizons (a French fund) acquiring 180,000 shares end of Sep (https://www.morningstar.com/stocks/xlon/dddd/ownership). I'll be holding firm until a meaningful re-rate which might be a few weeks away. GLA
FOMO kicked in. Hoping for 70+ close. At long last.
And so is Richard Griffiths.
All that volume and not a peep from any stakeholder yet. How strange.
Colonel Kurtz - how apt! I totally agree Ed. He certainly adds colour to this inorganic, mundane, machine-driven dryland. The man's been through the grinder, and he's still able to invest. Takes a lot of courage that. He's just a soul whose intentions are good but he's occasionally misunderstood. Or mistaken for a deramper by the unfamiliar.
Look at them sell and run away. Boggles the mind why they're so keen on taking losses on this share in such a haste. At this rate, there won't be any other PIs invested here apart from us soon.
Our man in Miami's getting busy with these 25,000 dumps again.
Those naked shorts might be easier to service if closed intraday. For multi-day accumulations though, I'm not sure. They best borrow the physical shares from somewhere I'm inclined to think.
Right, I just got off the phone with HL re acc opening & transfer. Apparently, it takes 6-8 weeks for the transfer to be complete so IF I do go ahead with it I won't be able to sell any for the most part of that time frame as they'll disappear from IG. Then again this window might save me from premature profit-taking, who knows. Wish me luck peeps.
I did something else though. Prepared a limit sell order on IG with my entire 4d holding in its trade pop-up but didn't click on quote. As soon as I did that, that 147 machine-gun algo started buying instead of selling. What a coincidence.
Highest price IG allow me to place that sell limit order's 88p. No good for me. Anything above and it says "Order too far from last traded price". So I think I'll check HL's site to open an account there and maybe go ahead with the transfer.
so the only way I see around it is if I ask IG to transfer my 4d to HL. Then I can join you lot but I not happy with lack of accessibility during transfer. Probably days but still.
researcher & sunny - I can't put on a limit sell order as I'm with IG, and therefore have DMA. They won't allow high levels so it'll have to be 80-90p probably. Anyway, my order will straight away appear on the ask side, and because of the size will cause a drop. We definitely don't want to load the ask side of the orderbook in a visible fashion. Algos would have a field day if I did that.
Saw that whilst sharpening my pitchfork.
Sangi - It is an assumption of ours that Oliveira's been selling since his last TR1. Very possible, and logical yes, but not a certainty. We've been seeing the dynamic nature of these auto-sells, and it's like a jungle out there atm, so it's fair to assume that all or most of them could indeed be shorting.
Just had a look at FCA's site. Seems there were 3 known culprits who've been in the habit of shorting 4d: Citadel, Voleon, and WorldQuant. Might be worth looking into what else they've been active in and if they've been closing them and such.
