RE: Potential not reflected in price30 Sep 2019 14:29
Bottmzup - I believe the 33 have been previously RNSed.
The recent RNS detailed 6 new headset agreements. The likelihood is these are trials and additional orders may be made but I'm a little surprised this warranted an RNS (price sensitive info etc).
Clearly the company is moving in the right direction and the quality over quantity approach is clearly paying dividends. I firmly believe that the company will be breakeven in Q1 2020 (possibly earlier) and will be making decent profits soon after.
However, 1,000 headsets does seem a big ask.
Merlin Entertainment has c70 venues (theme parks, dungeons, sea life, madame tussauds etc). We are in a few of these. If a big announcement dropped that we are rolling out VR to everyone of these it might increase headsets by say 200.
Similarly, current pipeline of 50 enquiries might yield say 100 new orders.
All great progress but we currently have c300 so will be surprised if it is more than say 600 to 700 end of 2020 IMHO.
Incidentally already I quite like the CEO I have learned from bitter experience not to trust everything a CEO says!
