Think, market would be interested in numbers.As far as debt is concerned I remember people panicking about huge debt some oil companies were holding in 2015/16.There are some factors beyond companies control.Butcher was drafted in to increase online sale and preventive measures are being taken.

Scaremongering going on these boards.Company is profitable and derives a significant portion of its revenue from overseas operations.

To watch as pre tax profit is same as market expected it to be .Right now,they would have to close down loss-making stores and online sale needs to improve as well(which is already improving).Think it would be too early to panic about bonds which are due to expire in 2021.

This looks cheap at the minute, with the revenue of 193 million and gross profit margin of 45% it has to be worth more than current market cap.

I remember hearing that in 2013, they have failed to bag that so far,iran was their only chance to prove it wrong but they have failed. Say whatever you want to say but these lot would be same.

They did indicate that they had "funding in place" for this contract and despite that they kept on raising money so it is worth going through updates and see how reliable PF is.

Do you know how long it took them to convert this mou into contact? We are nearly approaching end of third quarter and there are no signs of that "promised other contract". Things are not going as good as you portray them because they are not profitable yet and have to rely on quarterly placings to get through bills.There is nothing wrong with your expectations but you are neglecting past track record and that does not bode well ،when you are investing.This share has become a trading share.

Wow, could you tell me how long it took Iran and other countries to have this deal signed and how many meetings were held before they signed this deal.If they are to renegotiate the deal it would take them atleast another year.As far as Iran's economic woes are concerned they fought these sanctions off before this deal and current USA tactics wont tame them.Their supreme leader has said time and again that if they dont see any benefit they would not keep their part of deal.

please do tell me about present things I am not aware of.This contract was placed on hold in May, after that there have been three updates.We still dont know when and how will these guys go ahead with contract.In all of three updates, they were trying to assure market that they are safe legally but delay is telling us it is other way around.We cant trust PF after ferry fiasco.

You do know,that they have raised about 24 million since 2010 and has nothing to show for that.Company is not even profitable

Wow, please go through my post history and see it for yourself.I have invested in this share over a long time.But it is always same story.PF cant be trusted and this has become a life style company.Trump sanctions were beyond his control but his attitude afterwards is dubious and that is shameful indeed.

They release an upbeat positive rns to show market that "Iran contract" is still "on" and they cant wait to start it and then raise money to "support" this contract.

They had plenty of time and looks like contract is dead.They have raised kultiple times to support this "contract" and if you go through company RNS you would find atleast three or four of this kind.

I could trust these guys for two years they have raised multiple times to support this "anticipated" contract ,which was put on hold in May.They have not updated market on the progress they have made.They have said time and again that they think they would not be affected by these sanctions and have sought legal opinion from lawyers in USA.But what is stoping them from going ahead?If this contract is not affected by USA sanctions ,they would have gone ahead.Sanctions were announced in May and it is September.BOD has failed to lay out a clear strategy and their past record suggests that they cant be trusted.Meanwhile they are meeting day to day expenses via quarterly placings.

Reckon they are using Iran contract as an excuse to raise money via heavily discounted placings.It was clear from the May RNS that Iran contract is not going ahead but they still gave market false hopes and raised money twice.

I dont think they would hit 15k or 16k this quarter as whole set up would would take some time to get back to run at 100% capacity.In the previous quarter they did hit 100% target and were confident that they would achieve 25k target.What I am more worried about is that these guys are in default technically and lenders own the company now.
