At the end of the day, whether it is required by the autonomous system or not, DMS is mandated for all future cars in Europe as from next year. The so-called autonomous cars will need DMS too.

I'm with isb on this one. I'd love to be proved wrong, but 5-7p this month won't happen, chart or no chart. Charts don't appear to have the ability to watch the daily news coming in. I'm going for 2.7p by the end of May.

I wonder where they found 48m shares from? If it was mid-price as it looks on ADVFN, it was probably from another II. A cool £1.16m!

Heck of a lot of 'round-number' trades over the last week or so and especially today. I'd like to think it's II trades going between them with maybe another holding being built up.

Than you for your replies, they were very interesting. Apologies for the wrong words in a few places in my post, auto correct worked overtime and although I picked up a few changes, I clearly missed s few but you seemed to get the gist of it.
I like the optimism and although I still am, I think the airline industry, both manufacture and travel are going to be sorely tested in the coming years.

But cars? I enjoyed your take on the public transport side and hadn't thought of that angle. Could certainly help with the uptake on car purchase, and it's the one area where SEE technology is mandated.

Honest question here, not meant to be a downer but wondering what your honest opinions are.
Although DMS is now mandated in Europe, how did you see the future prospects of SEE with all the news coming out of car production & plane production etc predicted to be reduced radically, airlines reducing their planted and staff massively and going bust and so on.

My own opinion is that SEE will still be okay as it will be needed, just not to the extent that we all envisaged a couple of months ago. I'm still convinced that we have the golden goose and although it will start laying next year, it won't be at the rate that we all thought it would be and will be spread over a longer period of time.

It's slightly upsetting really. Their website page is pretty good at explaining the system, but it doesn't look as though they are educating their sales staff about the Guardian virtues? I looked at their website last year and saw very little on Guardian, it was hardly mentioned, so this is a welcome surprise. I note from the source code that the page was added in January this year and modified in March, so they are starting to gear up very slightly.
However the lack of traction in the UK with the commercial fleets that they are involved in is worrying and I wonder whether they need to be given a better financial incentive to push the technology?
If not, then maybe SEE need to get some more distributors on board and also start to engage more fully with the heavy vehicle insurance market in the UK to push the Australian model onto them.

I appreciate that the 'Buys' and 'Sells' shown on the various exchanges can be very misleading with sells showing as buys and vica-verca, but it does always surprise me when you see the total sells as 1.675m against 5.283m buys yet the SP stays the same.

It'll be interesting to see whether the US$5m upfront payment + future royalties comes close or even exceeds the original A$50m in their RNS highlighted by yourself. There would need to be a heck of a lot of royalties. (US$5m = A$7.917m)

But who's DMS? I'm losing the will to live after the SEYE announcement and after all the well intended hype of SEE supporters including myself.

I still prefer the NEX SP rise of +28% today, even though their prices are different to LSE.

Lol Fonzoo. I was looking to cancel the holiday but unless the FCO changed their criteria to 'no non-essential travel', I couldn't cancel otherwise I would have lost the ability to claim it back from insurance. As it is, I can now claim back the lost days of the holiday as well as the flights back home etc. Still a pain the rear end though.

I can't believe what has happened, and with the SP down another 11% as I type, who knows where this is going.
