there will always be oil, it controls 95% of the planets transport needs. The problem being is what will be the transition fuel to wean us off expensive oil in 10 years..batteries will need to be more powerful to harness different electrical energy solutions for cleaner, cheaper motoring in the future..Seimens wouldn't go far wrong buying PPS to deliver their battery needs for their company..

It may take some time to recover to the 30p levels but its a step in the right direction for this 3D technology for now..

but i see the downside too, i'll end up with 19500 new shares with an average of 17.5p with the OO, i suppose the question is how do you rate the new company, do you like the products, can they spend money wisely etc etc. starting mcap of £20mill, that could easily drop to £6mill just to match cash in hand..so it could be a reverse spike as well as a reverse takeover or it could jump through hoops in a few months..

Debts renegotiated at 5.75% raising £500k for project finance. Already a small credit line at the bank for £125k +£900k at the bank..7million shares in public hands..what i like here are the foundations in the background, 2 years profitable trading, line of credit established at sensible rates & only 10.5mill shares in issue..7mill in public hands..i also like the product surely it makes sense to save water, they spend millions on the TV about thirsty kids in Africa everyday..

So its 100:1 consolidation & the shares will be worth 11p each at consolidation so value initially drops! Then you can take up open offer of 1 share per 5 owned @11p each, so in my case an extra 3000 shares. Then whatever the market settles at will determine the actual true value? or am i missing something..cheers guys

Yes i would be interested in the answer to this question too, as i have 1.5mill shares @ 0.19p here. Also I like the new company which looks very promising moving forwards..any answers would be appreciated..

any company that can deliver longer lasting batteries for trucks, boats etc. has got to be a winner in my eyes, especially as now oil prices seem to be permantly over $100 a barrel. Also lots of cities are trying out alternative ways to run buses cleaner but its a slow process due to the expense of making the vehicles & batteries. Proton have have a subsidary company in asia somewhere & they have been conducting a feasability study for maritime use with another company which looks promising. The Seimens/UPS contract will be nearing an end soon, it would be good if they required all the inner city fleets swapping to batteries say over a 5 year period..thats the sort of order they need to keep them busy churning batteries out whilst companies across the globe are looking to wean off combustion engines & petroleum.
