Dealer-We're expecting news early September on a couple of fronts.A good listen would be Nick Thurlow's Sunday Roast interview 4th August.

Cellular-When did Nick say they would do a shareholder call in September?He did state we should get another 2-3 appointments shortly (must be imminent now) and that Phase 2 would commence early September.Let's not forget they've had lots of approaches re investment over the last month or so and I expect they're taking their time to choose the best route for shareholders.

Some people just do not read RNS's properly.

This is a company actually receiving income from its gold assets,balance sheet strengthened,Main Market,high-powered appointments with more imminent,lots of approaches re investment etc so confident it will bounce from here shortly.

Balance sheet strengthens and the price goes down.Unbelievable.

Cut-I suggest you listen to the recent Sunday Roast interview with Nick Thurlow. He wants 100m dollars on the balance sheet as quickly as possible so pension funds will take them seriously. A couple of big hitters recently appointed to the board with more to come.Main market and have received lots of pitches re funding in the last 6 weeks which they are looking at.

Or buyers might come in hoping for a Tuesday RNS as they did last Friday.

Aklee-Where & when did the company say RNS re funding pre investment call? This is Main Market and has more stringent regulations so investment,particularly large investment takes a little longer. Patience will reward here.

Jeez,give them a chance. We've had 5 RNS's in the last month and Nick has done two interviews. Suggest you listen to the recent chat with Sunday roast. He is hoping to announce 2-3 appointments in the next week or two and stated Phase 2 will commence early September. This is Main Market listed,hence regulations are a lot stricter. Money from FAU will help but the real biggie will be when they announce their first investment. I fully expect several hundred per cent increase from here.

The word imminent has not been used by this company.However they did state that funds should be received from FAU in early August and that they should announce another 2-3 appointments in due course.They also stated that Phase 2 of their plan to reach a minimum m/c of £100m will commence early September.

Revenue due from FAU early August,so hopefully sometime this week.

Let's not forget.Hama have been approached and Nick has LOTS of funding/investment choices on the table,It's not been the other way around.Even though this is Main Market,price fluctuations are volatile and free float is relatively small.Revenue from FAU is due very shortly and more appointments imminent.I feel that the first investment will be ground-breaking and lay the foundations for others particularly in view of Trumps Executive order and Laffer & Horlick's connections.Some decent rises to come here IMO.

Great find 86KB.As Nick stated we've been approached with lots of investment offers over the last few weeks.Maybe one or two of our potential investees pre-empted Trump's Executive Order.It wouldn't surprise me with Dr Laffer's connections.
