Manufactured is the news headlines. Next week they will be saying recession is here and inflation coming down. I received an email from a builder new build saying they will pay 12m mortgage payments, legal fees, new upgrade kith en & carpets throughout. Only way they can do this is the cash buffer they have , saved during the good times. Your correct rates are high but it will peak by September. Covid pent up demand is over and we got to look at this 12 /24 months from now. It’s cheap but no harm in starting to accumulate and build up. House building will continue. In Leeds psn are building and they flying off the shelf . On the ground house are selling. I strongly believe if the balance sheet is good, it will rise, look at the long term, and ignore the depressing headlines. Good luck Mike
