two excellent finds gents ...however did you know that our 2 largest shareholders have recently bou......ohhhh never mind !!!! lolol
reading every day that 2 shareholders have bought large amounts is getting as boring as readings neils no profit no this no that every time he posts ......so give it a rest guys there must be other ways to ramp this share :))
yup ...i think you are right chilting
ooppsss i just read that back and it looks a bit strange but i think everyone will get what im saying lol
chilting......having done this job for nearly 9 years i cant see that using 2 people to do a delivery is going to ensure ones shopping is actually going to keep customers shopping any fresher than it is ....and the time saved rarely makes the delivery time halved ......i suspect that over time and as they get busier and more efficient kroger will move to single delivery drivers .....just my opinion
the reason for using the ocado solution is to cut costs having 2 delivery people per van is not cutting costs ...i would suggest that being a new service this would be training in action..
there is no reason for delivery drivers(or other employees for that matter) not to be reasonably informed as to what is happening within the company ....mr steiner holds monthly briefs by video to keep everyone informed ....this also includes a Q&A session for employees to submit questions/concerns.....the company also has an in house app that is often updated daily to keep employees up to date
the satnav ocado uses is not their own technology it is provided by an outside source......but yes i have used it and although it has some gremlins( and from my experience of using various satnavs over the years most if not all have various gremlins) the current satnav used by ocado is certainly not one of the worst.....it does the job as is borne out by the thousands of successful deliveries ocado achieve each week
but will their system allow drivers to change route?? ie a detour if a road is closed due to roadworks/accidents etc...plus will it have live traffic so a driver can avoid long delays due to congestion??? ......plus all the other driver aids that satnavs have??
oxbotica are an autonomous vehicle company not a satnav company????
hi cbeebie ....the satnav is nowhere near as bad as some folk think ....what are the other issues/stories you (or your son) speak off??
a welcome move in the right direction today .....i sold my marks yesterday and put it in ocdo ...if this trend continues for the next week or so i will take profits and put back into marks as i feel they will rise again soon
i still have neil in filter .....but neutral??? you gotta be kidding lol
so owls you were online with asda yet posted here that you wernt impressed with online experience.....delivery failure in the snow ..poor substitutions etc ....giving the impression that this was of ocados doing ......very poor form fellah!!!!!!
im amazed how many folk put down online grocery delivery firms but were quite happy to jump on the bandwagon when it was considered to dangerous to go to physical stores
do not miss neils input one little bit......he is very anti ocado and very pro marks n sparks........the board is a much nicer place since i filtered him
lmao buy .....last autumn he was deramping this share to hell and back!!!
sting industries .....the clue could be in the name lol
ocado are looking for another buyer???? is that pure speculation or do you have a link to show this??
i filtered neil a little while ago ....life is much more serene without his twaddle popping up
