I think it's a collaborative relationship, rather than MA being a vulture to come and pick up thg in some hostile nature. You can see as you've highlighted they have a working relationship and it's been mentioned in one of the rns that was published last year.

They did notify everyone results would be released on or around the 30th so not really a surprise.

Seemed positive to me, margin growth and stock down. Loss of revenue expected but seems they think that's hit the bottom now so we can expect it to settle and grow from here. Wasn't expecting fireworks but it seems solid, no surprises etc.

Nothing wait and see or if you think you can make more elsewhere then sell out and go buy that. It's not guaranteed the offer will be accepted or that a third party will or won't come in. Assume it gets rejected and sidara walk away you will face the possibility of being stuck here after the 30th when the shares get suspended for not publishing accounts. Now you have a base line to form some decisions on off. it's now down to your risk Vs reward appetite.

35p Vs zero p might look appealing to institutions who can just write the loss off in tax etc and get something instead of nothing. It's PIs who are getting truely shafted.

Granted 450 is cash investment but anyone putting in an offer would need to match/ exceed that not just share cash offer

It's 35p plus possible 450m giving wood a 750m , which is over £1 a share.

I mean I hope ma is here to push mm and the bod to be bring out value but looking at how Boo did a placing and tried to cut out ma until the very least minute and he managed to increase his holding anyway, However the last two placings here MA has been front and center, there's some kind of relationship there that makes me think MM has convinced MA to invest heavily to gain a substantial position so MM can keep control since he's probably lost the other big holders, being forced to split out ingenuity etc. Plus you have frasers+ already on my protein and look fantastic so he's not looking to get that on there. If he takes over and we get fair value great but I'm not seeing it. First placing at 49p MA took a huge chunk of shares with like 3 hours notice Remember the 5pm RNs to be concluded by 7or 8pm on the same day. The last placing again rns issued late in the day like 5-6pm. If you're telling me MA isn't in the know to be ready to pounce I don't know.

I don't think Ashley is here to cause issues for mm, I see him as more of a supportive role building a holding.
