Id you take prior dilution and this new one coming that's 20% plus the loss of ingenuity... And then we wonder why the share price is in the toilet.

If it's another, maybe new investor we wouldn't get one until they breached threshold? Or we'll get one from MA in a couple days

Hopefully we get some numbers with AGM and can say if it's more of the same or they're actually able to demonstrate value. Personally think we're undervalued but I've been saying that since sub 60p and thought we'd bounce after the dememerger.

Like 23rd June or something. It's not instant in or out.

But apn is projecting growth and has very little debt... Where as thg is riddled with debt, not growing and low margins comparatively. Hopefully we see a positive shift in coming updates to show signs of improvements in cost reduction and margin retention/ growth as well as growth in sales. Apn actually makes better margin % compared to us.

Yes I think we'll recover but will take time. Have you have a couple of good updates showing profitability then the picture will start to change.

When you say booming you mean they are recovering, they were £8-£9 a share 12 months ago dropped to sub £6 and just starting to recover.

204m shares were issued for ingenuity on demerger. Looks like jp Jenkins are still showing this amount in issue.

Mwelsh you're right, just checked last 2 AGM and noticed it in there. Shame thought it was new and a signal of intent at least.

I reckon start of q1 next year, early q4 seems to soon. They've mentioned they think H2 is where they think things come good so I'll guess q1 next year assuming everything goes to plan. I guys they've thrown it in early so they can announce it if they are able without issues with the road.
