No resolution for a dividend in afraid so looks like if they were to do anything it would be buy backs. Which id much prefer to stimulate the share price.

Check resolution 18 it's in the AGM document. Whether they can afford it or not they have inclinations to do it

Self protection, he can increase his share % any time he feels threatened. Also one of the proposals in the AGM is share buy backs where they can buy 10% of the free-float. He will increase his % and others by just doing this. Getting back now or his company to lock himself in further.

Other than a phantom bid I can't see anything. We just have to wait to see good positive trading, we should be at the end if q2 by then so they can give us guidance of where we are H1 in terms of rev and profits.

If you're with HSBC you have to ring them up and vote. Total farce, you'd think they'd have systems in place similar to hl or ajbell but nope.

For pis it'll be a protest vote unless bigger investors join in but hopefully it sends a message. I wonder what the % is for pis Vs private. I've voted against but just got HSBC to figure out.

You don't, they basically conned us all. We got hit with dilution, which were meant to be cancelled after demerger but instead these extra shares are held in treasury until 2026 (I think).... Then we've had a further dilution with the placing and will probably get diluted again when mm takes up his share options for the cash he loaned.

Yes but not what I have in here ATM, I've probably chased this down more than I've liked expecting one thing or another to rebound the share price. I'm still ok with my holding but I've probably missed opportunities elsewhere

Lloyds and NatWest failing based on it. Bank shares falling is like someone saying boo to a goose. Anything negative, even if it's confirmed causes a price drop. Lloyds and Barclays, both which I also hold are down today.
