If you didn't roll into ingenuity then nothing changes for you. You keep the same number of shares. Your % of the company has increased but the share price unfortunately is in the toilet so you don't see any material gains. Over time you might see share price increases though.

I share your sentiments kyk, I think there's more to come here. Disappointed we didn't see a rerate on the 2nd but we know more stuff coming and the Co is far from collapsing with more forced buying coming soon. I'll sit patiently and see what happens not too concerned here.

Didn't he say he'd pick up the slack if shares weren't fully allocated. The fact people over subscribed and got shares tells you all you need to know really. Too many unallocated shares reduced the mouldy one

Looking at similarweb for debs/ boo and plt looks like all had increased traffic over the festive period. To be expected but good to see and hopefully we had good conversation.

My assumption was boohooman for example pays a market place fee like everyone else and retains some margins and revenue but I'm not sure so asked the question. As for cross cannibalisation I doubt it's a concern really, people who are boo customers buy on boo.. it's a new market and should be viewed as such.

Who gets the margin allocation for boohoo brand sold on debs?

Also I wonder if they are collecting and using any meaningful data from debs. Would be fantastic for spotting trends quickly and seeing what stuff works for others.

I assume (probably wrong) there will be an element of them needing to go to market to buy shares, for those that didn't take up their ingenuity shares. I can't imagine many over subscribed so there just be a gap and mm has to go out and find shares. Although the time frame is vague.. no earlier than Jan 2026 but not mentioning an end time frame... is he hoping we forget?

I mean it's been an uncomfortable ride but I think it will turn next year given the demerger. Only negative is the impact of the budget driving costs up for everyone.

I think all the action happens on or after 2 January. The share price has been pushed down massively by bad performance and the low priced placing.

No major change I think.
