My mum won't be eligible for winter fuel allowance, all she gets is basic pension and because she's not eligible for pension credits and doesn't claim any of the eligible benefits she doesn't get the winter fuel payment. I guess it'll depend if your broker can hold none listed shares. E.g. HSBC didn't even message regards the offering last night so they probably not facilitate ingenuity shares.

If I've read the numbers correctly, 307m enterprise value but once you take out lease liability (282m) and add back in the 75m from today's raise you get the up to 100m figure. So I think thg or remainco will be left holding around 650m

Are loans a and b utilised? If so then that indicates that debt is coming with remainco.

Depends on the value offered. If it's significant I might sell and average down my holding in remainco. If it's a pittance then I'll just roll the dice.

Share price might be in the toilet tomorrow and you can buy in cheaper then. Who knows what will happen when markets open.

You might get 1:1 but you won't get equal value since there's a retail offering. Basically creating new shares and diluting existing holding or potential existing holding since no one has shared allocated yet.

Thg Will split off ingenuity and need money to do so. They are offering you the chance to buy more shares so they can raise £75m. Your 100k thg shares will remain 100k but you'll get additional shares (if you want them) in the new company being created.
