I think the main issue is he's not liked by the markets. If we switched CEO out the share price would probably rise.

Letter was dated 20th so old news probably based off the rns update and how HSBC have decided to inform their customers.

He comes across as a vain chap, I doubt he'd want to make himself look like a buffoon on purpose.

We've still got boe tomorrow to announce no cut or a .25 cut depending what you read/ believe.

I can't credit a shorter for the ineptitude of the board to sell the story to investors and media. Matt own goaled himself with mediocre results and not giving confidence in his plan. If he had the buys would put weigh the sells.

I agree with about a big jump but I'd expect some recovery at some point even if it's to settle around 58-63p which I think is more likely for tomorrow close if we see some rate cuts.

I think we'll finish down or even today. Fed rate cut decision and tomorrow boe will announce what they are doing so I wouldn't expect much action.

I don't really care about today's price action, seen it all before. The results were ok, beauty up as expected (which this time last year was underperforming) nutrition down but showing signs of growth and plenty of stuff going on to give confidence that rev will grow and margin will sort itself out. Division split and FTSE listing on the way.. today's an opportunity to buy if you have the appetite.

Hopefully a lot of lth have been averaging or trading themselves to a better average. Although doesn't always work out, I've held stocks i was meant to trade but today is a blip tomorrow is a new day.

Probably collect data and push notifications. Plus if you have the app on your phone you'll engage and see the icon regularly. Probably more science to it but everyone is doing it currently. Matalan were offering 20% the other day.

When's next update? He'll creep out just before that 🤣
