Why do you think that the largest share holder in the company would want to sell his 1/4 stake for less than he paid 10 years ago. If he wanted out surely he would have sold a few months ago when the SP. was in the 20's. All this talk of a management buyout is pure speculation. The directors are stake building because they believe in the future of the company and the Chairman is doing a great job getting new investors aboard. This share is and has always been a long haul, not one for making a fast buck.

and BOD, as has been well documented on this board, are inept. Surely to save any further decline in the companies M Cap. the shares should be suspended, awaiting some comment from those running it. Obviously Mr. Short and his cohorts do not have the intelligence to do this so it should be the NOMAD , who are probably just as inept. Yesterday the trades showing as buys were actually buys. The MMs show buys as sells and they think they can have a legitimate reason to lower the SP. Just another rip off

How is it possible that a man like Rufus Short can run a company like this. No wonder he doesn't have any shares himself. Selling the company of for nothing, putting out an RNS. at 3.30 on a Friday afternoon, very sneaky. Lying about sales, lying about placements. Totally corrupt management. They should be ashamed. Just like to get to my break even and have nothing more to do with this shambles, but they are not getting my shares at this price. Another AIM. masterpiece .

Be interesting to see what this "step change" is. By definition it means a substantial move forward financially or in policy. Still cheap as chips at this price. Might have to wait until June/July for a decent rerate, but I'm pretty sure it will come

I think you are quite right. Definitely overdone. I am looking to top up before results but I think i'll wait. Might be wrong but could see a better opportunity to buy in the coming weeks

Usually out at the end of June, so a fair way to go. I think they will be favorable, but what happens to the S.P. in the meantime is a worry
