I just received this from my broker. I know this is common knowledge but I wonder if the poster the other day who was talking about suspension received a similar communication from their broker and did not read it thoroughly.

Nominated Adviser Resignation Date: 1st February 2019

Edenville Energy plc has announced that Northern Capital Partners Limited has informed the Company of its resignation as the Company`s Nominated Adviser (Nomad) with effect from 1st February 2019. In the event that the Nomad has not been replaced by the 1st February 2019 the shares will be suspended. In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement Nomad within one month of the date of Northern Capital Partners Ltd resignation, admission of the Company`s shares to trading on Alternative Investment Market (AIM) will be cancelled.

If the shares are delisted, following the delisting we will endeavour to provide you with a share certificate in relation to your holding, should one be issued by the company in the future.

ISA Customers
Due to restrictions imposed on ISA accounts, unlisted shares are not considered a qualifying investment. Certificates received in respect of ISA accounts will no longer be held within the tax efficient wrapper so will lose any tax benefits.

SIPP, Pension Trading Account, and Junior ISA customers
Unlisted shares are not considered a qualifying investment for these accounts and withdrawals are not permitted from these products. Consequently holders may wish to liquidate any holdings prior to a delisting becoming effective.

Larrygrayson, I agree 100% with your last post. These have been my thoughts for the last few days. IMO. ,as a CEO. Mr. Short is not fit for purpose. He does not seem to understand the ethics and responsibility that go with this position. I am quite sure he would prefer a suspension as it would alleviate him of the aforementioned . A suspension might be preferable to lth's , at least it would stop the SP. falling further , until any news that might tick the SP. up can be released. As you say the new investors who have bought in at the recent low levels will take their profit and run.

That is why the company needs to keep shareholders informed . Mr. Short , if you are still alive and kicking, let us know some news, good or bad. We do not need a mass exodus due to some ridiculous scaremongering over nomads.It is your responsibility as a CEO. if you can't accept that responsibility then step down

I can't see this company being here in it's present form by February 16th. The directors will probably have moved on to destroy another business and to draw money out of some more lambs. It is too late for updates, resolutions, BOD's buying shares. We need a 300% rise just to get back to the last placing price . I have said it before , between the greedy useless individuals running this company and the greed of the market maker, this is the end result. Shareholder value......they don't give a to55. 0.12 a share says it all if you are pulling in £160,000 a year. We have all been mugged off.

What's new ! I would love to buy a couple of million at these prices, to get my average down. There seems to be a little movement but with the track record of the present chairman and BOD. and the dubious mm. I just don't have the confidence. Been let down to often by these clowns. I'll probably regret it , but I already regret being here anyway.
