Unless someone's really pushing the boat out, it could be a code trade
I don't think there's much point. Rufus has locked the door , closed the curtains and won't answer the bell. He's treating the company like it was his own personal property and he'll do whatever he wants thank you very much !! I think there will be a very unpleasant RNS soon enough. After all he has to ensure his salary above all else.
The silence is deafening. I think "will not like the RNS" is an understatement.
Aerial. I think you are a " glass half full" type of person. Believe it or not so am I. Never say die and all that. However If you could tell me one positive thing about this company i'd love to read it. I was extremely positive , that's why I invested thousands of pounds in it. I don't believe the company will go into liquidation and have never said that. I have said that I have written my original investment of although I still have the shares, so am still suffering a paper loss. Should the SP go down towards nominal value I am prepared to invest some more money to get in at the bottom and perhaps reduce my loses, although that will be a strict gamble, as I have zero confidence in the people running the company for their own gains. I think you just have to be pragmatic and see things for what they really are, and in my view they are really terrible. All the best with your investments.
Agree 100% with last post. The board seem to have a vendetta towards shareholders by stubbornly refusing to issue any news. I think the directors are running around like headless chicken at the moment trying to find people willing to enter at a placement price. The longer they search the lower the price of the offering, no good for us. The board are between a rock and a hard place, because the SP. is so low they have very little maneuverability. However a placing will be done as it seems that is the only way for them to get any short term money so that they can continue to draw their salaries, which it seems is the only objective that they have.As far as the business is concerned I truly believe they have given up trying to revive it , due to inexperience and a culture of burying their heads in the sand and hoping everything will work out fine. The whole situation is quite pathetic. As far as buying at the moment, Personally I am waiting for 0.02/03 to have a big top up, bring my average down, and keep my fingers crossed.
7 days for £219... that much!! Interestingly enough that works out at a half days pay for Mr. Short. Shows that incompetence really does pay.
8/3/19 5 million shares for £2.5K. And next week?????? probably cheaper than a week at Butlins
Should have said, 2 dummy trades
to sell and 0.0475 to buy on ii
on friday afternoon. That's when spineless CEOs post a bad RNS. isn't it. Come on Rufus don't keep us in suspenders.
in my post on 26/2. I expect a placing with a 50% premium to the present price. Whether there will be a consolidation before or after remains to be seen, but there will have to be one. I have written the total amount of my investment off, I will keep the shares as they are not worth selling. The only upside that I can see is when the price gets down to nominal value levels there might be a buying flurry which might lift the SP. With the complete silence coming from the BOD. any forthcoming news has to be bad,and this would be a good time to release it as the SP. cannot sink much further, nowhere for it to go. Rufus Short is milking this firm dry , he could not give a hoot about shareholder value, he just wants to stay on the nice little gravy train he has created , but hold tight Rufus there are bumpy times ahead. As for any optimists on this BB. , better take of those rose tinted glasses.
I'm sure there will be a consolidation at some point, but unless the BOD. inform the market of coal production and future plans our shares still remain virtually worthless, consolidation or not, however they stubbornly refuse to make any comment. I must say I believe the CEO seems to want the company to fail why else act like a petulant child and refuse to put out any information.
I'm afraid there is only going to be one update and that is for how much he has given the company away for. my guess placing at 0.025/0.03, if he can get any takers. In my opinion Mr. Short is way out of his depth, cowardly (can't even face his shareholders over the internet), ungrateful ( we have paid his salary all these years ), and above all plain rude. CEO? he should be riding the back of a dustcart. Apologies to any bin men.
See Haydale (HAYD) today. Fear that will be us pretty shortly. How else will he raise any capital to pay the wages. Just give the shares away!!
either we have a big spender in town 6.5p. or something is imminent.
More fool them. The writing was on the wall. Regardless of the tender result, the OO. was doomed to fail.
really understand anyone selling at these prices (unless you are desperate for some cash). Any sells are at a large loss and the proceeds won't get you far. Must be better to hold out for a chance of recovery, stranger things have happened!!
will be probably be down to 0.03/4 today or tomorrow. Any ii's. have written their investment of. After all it's only a few thousand pounds to them , chicken feed. As Sausage says Rufus is not going anywhere, why would he? Like most lth's. I'm keeping my shares in the hope off some sort of rescue but I don't hold out much hope. In the meantime Rufus, Jeff ect. are just getting richer, totally disgraceful.
the present SP. I can see any future placings being offered at the nominal share price, which is usually the kiss of death.Rufus Short is like a blind man trying to cross the M25. No idea where he is going and every step fraught with danger. He won't go until he is pushed out and it does not seem like anyone is going to do that. I can only see him taking the company down and then moving on to another scam. Just my opinion (and I've paid a lot of money for it).
I believe that we are unfortunately dealing with a company that is run by self serving executive officers, who treat the truth and shareholders with contempt. As for the market makers that deal this stock, I would not print what I think they must be up to. Next week there should be a dilution showing of approx. 6%. As this is a figure so small, now the SP is where it is at, they will probably round it off to 20% so the SP. can be dropped by 0.01. We are fighting an uphill struggle and a battle against an enemy that can not be beaten. Warren Buffet was right when he said the small investor does not have a slightest chance dealing shares.
