Re planning approvals, it looks like Trump's government shutdown includes the BLM, so there might possibly be delays.

Just a cautionary note - being priced at the gate doesn't make the transport issue vanish! The customer will obviously be factoring their transport cost into what they're prepared to pay. Good news is that the direction of the oil price over the last 3 months is very much on our side :

So given that our transport costs will be maybe $20/t (just my guess), my attitude is to be conservative and assume the low end of that price range.

My personal guesstimated valuation assumes a profit of $50/t for perlite and $20/t for pozzolan. But really the exact figures don't matter - anything in this ball park implies SRES is significantly undervalued.

Makes me wonder if a big cement company might be looking at our mcap and thinking "hey, for just a few million dollars we could buy the whole shebang, and secure our pozzolan supply for decades into the future"!

Hah, I was expecting that sell of 3,333,333 - a pretty obvious follow-on from sells of 3,333,333 & 3,333,334 over the past couple of days. So perhaps that seller is done at least, well, unless they have more 10m blocks to sell :-O

The SP is unreasonably low, and IMO it's because people are now holding off buying knowing that a placing is likely to be imminent, and they want to see on what terms.

Here's a potted history of recent placings/subscriptions :

Jul 2018: 286m @ 0.14 = £400k
Dec 2017: 333m @ 0.15 = £500k
Jun 2017: 325m @ 0.10 = £325k
Mar 2017: 250m @ 0.10 = £250k
Jan 2017: 61m @ 0.10 = £61k
May 2016: 250m @ 0.12 = £300k
Apr 2016: 109m @ 0.11 = £120k

(Amounts raised are before expenses, typically ~7%)

My guess (and that's all it is) for the next one is 500k @ 0.10p. They might do better, but right now is not a great time for AIM fund-raising. So I'd not be too upset by those terms, especially if it tided us over into production (assuming the low capex startup option).

Anyone else want to guess?
