Do they have a pipeline update in Oct?
I used to work in a senior finance role for an AIM listed company and we were able to buy or sell two weeks after a results announcement and two weeks after a trading update, all other times were locked periods, I assume most AIM company's operate like that.
Well its been a funny old week the closing price looks a lot more respectable than it did mid morning so that I'm thankful for.
I'm usually a glass half empty kinda guy when it come to my stocks and probably rightly so with some of them but I just cant get too down hearted about this one, for me these games are just noise and don't effect the final outcome. This is AIM, its not for the light hearted.
How does that work then?? The covid grant news was announced 7 days after the last share exercise Oct 27th. Surly Tim doesn’t control all the news, I was under the impression all price sensitive information needed to be announced immediately or within a certain time frame.. im sure the NOMAD would get a bit twitchy if something major landed on Tim’s desk tomorrow and they didn’t announce for two week?? Maybe im wrong.
There is plenty of info on this board and some of it is very useful, I would recommend reading through the RNS’s and watching Bills videos ,I’m sure it will give you confidence to invest….
Just a small piece of advise, never ask a bookie for a tip and then place a bet with him..
I don’t think it’s a coincidence, as a director you can only usually sell a couple of times a year e.g. after final accounts or interim announcement etc. There probably EMI shares too which lose there tax relief benefit after 10 years.
Erm ok, 20th October 2020, they have millions and millions of shares each there could be any number of reason why they need to sell, maybe they have bills to pay maybe someone asked them to I’m just stating it wasn’t a one off,……..
Following the exercise of the Options, on 19 October 2020, Dr Mitchell and Dr Reader each agreed to sell 3,076,923 of the New Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.141 pence per share (the "Share Sale").
