Was the £169.21k a buy or sell?

Been a steady amount of decent buys today and share now responding. Totally oversold. Expect to see 15-20p by next week.

This has all the hallmarks of a gritty boardroom battle. Today we have seen the use of commando tactics hitting behind enemy lines as the battle intensifies. Both armies want to claim victory and as in all conflicts the first casualty is always the truth. When the fog finally clears I think we all will be surprised.

It still begs the question that the form of their listing is as such open to the question of investment if it sits mid-Channel. Being shorted by the company that bought it to IPO not a great sign. I’m 20% down but my paper loss is small compared to that of the directors who recently bought, unless they too are shorting.

I am invested in this on the back of the large director buys but underwater. If it can’t be part of the FTSE indices like the 250 and French institutions can’t buy what is the point of this much heralded uk listing? Has fallen constantly since IPO.

If Sidara walk away again then questions need to be asked whether it is a serious company. As for Wood they need to ask some serious questions themselves and definitely the CEO should resign as the buck stops with him.

All a distraction as this will get sold off pretty quickly. It’s just for how much

As this is such a distressed share at the moment even if D4E was an option surely it would not take long for the share to reach where it is now? It is currently still FTSE 250 company and I seen a number return to former highs after big share issues. Any thoughts?

Anyone with any idea of timescales if it did go for equity swop?

Difficult for Wood as FTSE 250 down today so may be part of the fall we are seeing compounding the obvious.

The FTSE is now the plaything of those who have the capital influence to manipulate. In order for London to survive as a serious money market. Banning short selling and CFDs would be a start.
