I was very impressed by the way in which you interpreted the matter of the Bercheva CLN. What would be your reading of the most likely outcome of the matter? PS. uinsionn, glad to see you've returned.

I will desist from setting out opinions relating to our BOD. I have reread all my research, and having done so I've concluded that my denunciations may have been too harsh. For the benefit of posters here the following represents the current situation as I now view it. 1.The BOD is negotiating with a variety of debt and funding providers including government administered funds and large investors in its efforts to secure funding for FEED and beyond that. 2.The BOD has offers of �1.1M in loans from the current contractors. 3.There is a partial rebate available from the EU grant if the FEED funding can be secured. 4.The intention of the BOD is to proceed with commercialisation alongside FEED . Matthew Beardsmore is seen as the lead player in that aspect and he will simultaneously be working to secure an anchor tenant for the facility. This is seen by the BOD as being key to the project.. I am still unhappy at our rate of progress and more especially at our lack of communication but I have decided to desist from any further commentary. I'm sure I have upset many loyal long term holders here and I apologise for that and, apartt from the communication issue, I apologise to the BOD.

I certainly do know what I'm talking about We investors were sold a bill of goods.As for the old BOD. Well the share price was almost three times what it is today and it is the SP that interests me. If you want chapter and verse about the variety of lies and half truths issued by the requisitioners,(and that's my gripe),I can provide it all,no problem.

What proof have you for saying that the old BOD was leading INFA towards "failure and delisting". None I suspect.The old BOD seems to me to have been better connected locally and they were certainly doing as good or a better job than this lot.I don't see why any insults should be directed at them as you suggest."Hazarding a guess" about future PR is hardly good enough. The current BOD is being called into question mainly because of Adrians untruths,( yes untruths), at Requisition time . He clearly had a hard job finding executives who were wanting to be directors of INFA post Requisition, hence the long delay in making the appointments and hence their being able to get away with buying minimum ,( in one case nil), shares. What kind of signal does it send to the market when a BOD holds �11k of shares between three of them. Does it speak of their confidence in the company? You're normally a sensible bloke mcadder, get real.

to have full confidence in a BOD which took 6 months to appoint (at requisition time Adrian told us they had already been selected) and which has invested between them �11K in the compan's shares.( The new trio). Which has raised �875K in placing funds and which has given us no idea what they're doing with the money. Whose level of communication with shareholders is abysmal Who have overseen a 65% fall in the share price. Who have behind them more lies and half truths than Judas Iscariot, (topical this week). I'm waiting to break even and then I assure you all I'm out.

Everthing in my posts about EQT finance is fact. Everything in yours is unresearched speculation.If Eiboss was going to fund EQT that company would not have been borrowing from Bercheva. Show a bit of common sense man. And, by the way,based on my research, I have taken a very positive view of the prospects for EQT . Try reading the whole post!!

Where did that come from mcadder ? One is on the board of a head hunter and he has 7 other directorships.Plus there were another eight he relinquished in the past five years. A serial directorship collector. Another is a lawyer who also works for a County Council and the third is a glorified estate agent. I won't mention Adrian !! This is the " dazzling " board that was going to purchase substantial shareholdings!! Like 1% between them.

JARV and happyholder, EQT is in a parlous situation for debt. They only realised �1.275m from the first tranche(for �1.5M)of the Bercheva CLN. Now they have indicated that they are going to redeem that �1.5M as soon as possible so that won't be available and they will be worse off by �225K plus whatever compensation they will need to pay Bersheva. EQT must also pay Altair �300K by the end of April for interest related to a CLN and that is only for interest due up to July 2017. I won't go into the other financial arrangements and liabilities they have with Altair. It's all in my earlier posts. Suffice to say it is very concerning. BTC will not be "giving" Eiboss 20M euros. They will be taking up to 49.9% of the capital of Eibos and I don't think that they intend that the 2M euro loan will be spent on EQT.Also I doubt that we will see any more positive news on any deal much before the end of May. Look, EQT shifted 246M shares in a placing at .65p . That was the going market rate. And Monecor have already sold 80M of their share. One has to face realities. EQT has severe financial problems. I repeat that I think the EQT project is both valuable and viable but just now EQT is in a very tight spot and I wouldn't like to add without seeing something more positive on the financial front.

negate my post,happyholder. I know all about BTC. Eiboss have greater financial problems than EQT and 2M Euros won't even begin to touch the sides. You can fairly guarantee that none of the money will be coming the way of EQT. Eiboss got that money over a month ago and if it wasn't used on EQT before the Bercheva catastrophe,(nor has it been used since), it will not be used now. And in case you were implying that I'm a negative poster I think you should read my posts more carefully. Despite the fact that EWT is awash with debt of various sorts I believe in the efficacy of the project. I've done my research ,(and continue to do it), very carefully. The problem on this BB is usually with posters who have not done enough research or who do not understand the complex setup here.

for your support crl. It is indeed a pretty poor pass when we are left waiting month after month for any important news especially after all the fulsome promises. Stay well.

We've had ten RNSs in the past three months. Not one of them gave any important forward looking news. Far from the requisitioning days of last year when we were promised that communication would be "key" and that we would not be "disappointed" and we were also promised that the new board wold be "dazzzling".And when we were told that Pocock and Wale had access to �2.2M funds to set FEED in motion.And when we were told that the new directors woul hold substantial shareholdings. Just some of the economy with the truth! In the past three months we have heard nothing of any importance whatsoever. And there are ways to disseminate information other than by RNS. We are being taken for fools. Adrian won't lose anything on INFA He has his salary and he has already earned six or seven times the value of his shareholding. So he's OK! Clearly the man took on a lot more than he knowshowto cope with. But I have more than he has invested in his company and I'd like to see some indication of where this company is heading. SO come on Adrian, remember your promises. Information please.

Clearly there is a dearth of gas storage facilities in the UK, mcadder, but the problem remains that to date the government has refused to encourage major gas company investment by refusing to listen to their calls for subventions, in the belief that the lack of investment is an industry problem. I believe that eventually INFA will receive investment but in the meantime the BOD of this company is doing a very poor job of encouraging prospective investors in its shares.The Concept Evaluation Report which was available last June indicated the possibility of proceeding with a tranche of the storage in order to produce short term revenue. Adrian had to be reminded by shareholders that the report was available and even then he used the information poorly. This board was declared to be fit for a �500m Cap company. Pull the other one!!

Well posted dawski. You certainly got the impression created by the company spot on. The problem with the NI executive is that it isn't functioning at the moment but I cannnot imagine why the BOD here can't provide some information to shareholders. The �660K must be relatively easy to raise and if not we should be told so. I would prefer to have the truth even if it were disappointing. I add my voice to yours in demanding information. Wake up Adrian! We know you read this board.

with EQT relates to debt and liquidity. It is extremely difficult for the company to raise much needed capital at decent rates in view of it's current debt structure and contracts don't mean much if the company hasn't got the necessary capital to pay for start up material. Eiboss, the parent of EQT, has the same problems with liquidity and it's share price has fallen 50% in the past six months. Generally speakiing EQT is poorly understood on this BB, but there are two very savvy contributors, Jimzi and Castaway. I certainly rate their research and opinions very highly. The EQT project has great merit and I still think it will come good in the medium term. When the money problems have been sorted.

Yes I do and my sentiments are a mirror image of your own. It's time Adrian woke up and remembered the promises he made to the investors at Requisition time. News please. Is FEED going to proceed? If so, when?

Agree with the observation and I think a further problem relates to the fact that the government are,so far, refusing to help the gas companies by helping to finance gas storage facilities. So getting on with FEED may be a best case activity just now.By the way all todays trades were buys. So there are interested investors. And the MMs are willing to take up to 2m at at a time. So there is a market. crl, nice day with TRIN today!!

mcadder, if I thought that the relatively small investment needed to proceed with FEED could not be raised I would bear my losses here and get out. The point I am making is that the BOD surely must have a better prospect in the short term or they should begin FEED. Apropos the lack of communication with investors my point is that after nine months of nothing positive there are surely ways of disseminating some positivity. It doesn't have to come via a RNS. Adrian put out enough allegedly positive information during the Requisition process that one imagines that it might not be beyond his wit to find a way to do something similar now!! Go well.

There are only two remaining here. Either this outfit will go bust after the remaining placing money runs out or there is a prospect of finding a farmin partner. I hope it may be the latter. Clearly it is possible to raise the 600K to proceed with FEED and the fact that that has not been done so far indicates the other option. I still think the project is unlikely to be allowed to fail. As to the BOD. They should be thoroughly ashamed of their comportment so far.The lack of any kind of encouraging indications shows very very poor alignment with the investors, the fault which Adrian always attributed to the ousted BOD.
